They brought me something different than what I ordered. I understand that they are busy, but when I asked them to give me what I ordered, the manager looked at me with a displeased face and didn't even apologize. the staff is not polite. if there was a possibility to give 0 stars I would do it.

I have gone here a few times since moving to the area. Not only does the service lack due to timely manner ( 30 mins for 2 cheese burgers and 2 medium fries and 2 drinks.. the food I got this last time around was wrong who outs mayo and bbq on a regular cheee burger.

A chargeback through USAA is the only way to get it right this location. Used to be good and might forget the straws, not half your order if you don't remind them what you ordered.

RN here. I ate a double cheeseburger on 1/25/25 at 1730 on my way to work for night shift. Nausea and diarrhea set in within 5.5 hours and had to go home by 2315. Currently stuck in bed with low grade fever and nausea and body aches. I was feeling fine before I ate McDonald hamburger. Either food not cooked properly or someone did not wash their hands properly after using the toilet for #2. Be careful. My immune system is good. Someone else might not be so lucky.

I’ve had multiple items from here and they lately they’ve been getting it wrong. Got spicy sauce when I did not ask for it on 1 sandwich. They seem to always be distracted. Something needs to change bc myself and others are tired of getting the wrong item or something we didn’t ask for on the item. We shouldn’t have to check the bags to make sure we got what we wanted either. Please do better guys!
