Never accurate hours. White male with sparse brown facial hair is rude when talking with customers. Need to update y’all close at 8pm on a Thursday night. And not allow online orders to be placed.

Best and fastest location in the area. I had to wait 30 minutes the other day in auburn, but there were like 10 people in line here and I was through the whole thing in less than 10 minutes. And the food is always hot!

My husband went there to pick up breakfast and the middle of ordering.They switched over to lunch and then decided to tell him. Oh, you have to order lunch now. Because we close the breakfast. If I could get those zero stars I would.

Pulled up Thursday night. July third, 5 minutes after closing. Didn’t realize they were closed. Guy in full uniform, with dreads, talked shit to us. My man jumped out the car. McDonald’s worker and 4 friends tried to then jump my man 5 on 1. I have a video of the loser with dreads talking shit. And him in FULL UNIFORM with 4 other men, circling and trying to HIT my man. For 15 minutes outside the establishment. They finally stopped when I threatened to get him fired. Big camera system outside the building it’s so trashy.

Ok please plan ahead here they have huge traffic back up in drive through and waiting is always longer i recommend going inside adleast the food will be hot .

I use the app and there’s always a line of people who ordered ahead waiting for their orders like me. The service is always slow and the workers stressed. Don’t get me wrong, they have amazing employees who hustle. The problem is they are short staffed and one shift isn’t able to stock for the next.

I was asked to pull forward and park to wait for my order to come out, which was no issue at all. Finally, after 10 minutes, somebody comes out with 3 different bags of food, hands me the wrong one, and when I told them my order and pointed to the right bag on the tray, they told me they needed to go back inside to check to make sure… Proceeded to walk to the other cars that were waiting for food and handed them their bags, walked back inside with the only bag left on the tray (my food lol).. I am 8 1/2 months pregnant, had to pee, had pointed to my bag of food and told him which one it was, AND had already waited 10 minutes.. I had to get out of my vehicle and walk inside after this man to go get my food. Every time I’ve come here the service has been awful, slow, and I swear they just hire anyone off the streets..
