We ordered takeout from this restaurant, and the experience was quite disappointing. The Chicken Tandoori was awful — it didn’t resemble authentic Indian cuisine at all. The Butter Naans were soggy, and the Paneer Tikka Masala was very watery.

Super expensive. Chutney tasted like it was from a can and spices tasted store-bought - not freshly toasted. Naan was mushy and samosas were very oily. Pretty bad Indian food. 72 bucks for a dinner for 2

Food is okay, prices are high. L/A's only Indian restaurant, my advice is to drive to Brunswick as it's not that far and MUCH better options. It's a total dive inside, I would not eat here, take out only.

We love the food at Mother India. Definitely need to go more!! The staff is always so kind and thoughtful, everything is well packaged and the portions are plentiful. The flavor we experienced with each item was so yummy!!
