My favorite food in Lewiston! There’s really not great Thai up this way, and this feels like you aren’t missing out on anything.

My mother and I used to be regulars at Orchid about 10 years ago now, to the point where we could walk in and the owner knew what we were going to order. I recently moved back to the area and I immediately ordered takeout from them - the quality hasn’t gone down a bit even after all these years. I’m looking forward to becoming a regular again.

I’m sorry for the pun… Orchid is my go-to spot in Lewiston! I get the tofu pad thai with no egg and it is always delicious. Apparently some of the other dishes can be a bit oily but I’ve always enjoyed my food. the veggie sushi rolls are also always a nice treat.
Orchid is a wonderful spot downtown. I love so much of their menu: from the tempura shrimp udon to the sushi. They have fun drink options, too. There's not only cocktails, but also Thai iced tea that I love to get as a treat here. It's very sweet and refreshing 😋 The prices are pretty reasonable, and I like how the portions are usually big enough that I can bring leftovers home.

My first time to eat there and it won’t be the last. Four of us ordered different dishes & shared them. All was delicious. Waiter was excellent!

The food has been a little different lately which I haven't been able to put my thumb on as to why things taste so different. However I still enjoy going here and the food is top notch

I lived in Thailand for a year and this brought my mouth back. The pad Thai was delicious! And the Bang Bang shrimp was outstanding. They do a garlic edamame which was a great twist. Service was on top of it all night

Loved the chicken pad Thai!
If I believed in gate keeping, I wouldn't rate this place, but I don't, so here you go!
I've lived in five states, travelled to 32 plus five Canadian provinces and literally nowhere I've been beats this place for Thai cuisine. It's amazing. The service is always prompt and polite, I've never had to wait for a table (and don't y'all dare ruin this for me), and the food, like OMG the food, it's just amazing. 10 out of 10. Fabulous. I take everyone I know here since I moved to Lewiston. I wish the portions were bigger, but for price and quality they're not under serving by any means. If you enjoy Thai food and are within driving distance of Lewiston, do yourself a favor and put this place on your itinerary.
Cute, delicious, surprised at how many slices of sashimi can with one order. The tom kah was delicious. Cashew chicken was delightful. Pleasantly surprised.
Definitely good. But too expensive for what you got. Pork belly bao bun ap worthwhile but they charged $11 whereas it said $9 on the menu. Which already seems like a lot. I think they make those bao buns themselves, best I ever had. Bowl of noodles quite good but for $20? Broth, rice noodles, green onions, and a bit of beef, excellent subtle flavor though.
Always delicious fresh food, and excellent service. If you’re going to have a cocktail I recommend the lychee martini.
