Vegan friendly- Loved this restaurant in the center of this cute little old town. Found several Vegan option like Vegan Gyoza and Tempura Veggie Sushi Rolls. All veryvery good. The staff was adorable too.

My boyfriend and I went to dinner for Valentines Day at Orchid! We were seated right away and greeted with smiles ? The decor was comfortable and happy, with lovely flowers on each table! The extra effort is noticed ? We ordered Shumai for an app. Which came out fast and hot, whilst having a full restaurant! We loved the minced garlic and chives on top of the app. I ordered Noodle Soup and added chicken. The chicken was moist and delicious. My boyfriend ordered the Spicy Tuna Rainbow Roll. We both agree it was fantastic, and generously portioned! We have a new favorite spot ❤️ Afforable, Clean, and great atmosphere ? Not forgetting to mention the Complimentary Valentines Strawberry Shortcake Desert, which was very tasty ? mmmm TOP NOTCH!!!

This place is incredible! The service is great and is pretty fast considering how everything is made to order. The younger guy we had serving us gave us fantastic recommendations - I'll be coming here as often as I can! It's a little on the pricey side but worth the money!

We are in town visitingmy elderly mother, and tried the Orchid for the first time. We are blessed many good Asian restaurants back home. especially Vietnamese, Japanese',and Thai, as well as few up scale Asian fusion places. We were not expecting to experience suck high quality Asian food in a small Maine town. The sushi rolls were HUGE,and really delicious. My daughter had a crispy roll with a honey sauce that was unique and rather scrumptious. The Thai fried rice was a solid choice. The sauce with the chicken satay didn't look that great, but it tasted wonderful, and the chicken, which is frequently dry, was nice and juicy. We enjoyed several lovely curries as well. I would also like to say that the service was excellent, very pleasant, very thoughtful. The atmosphere feels rather homey, Not fancy, but peaceful and calm, which is what we needed. We sat near the door, so it did get a little cool with steady takeout traffic. We all would go back again, though perhaps sit further awayfrom the door.

They are very friendly and their food is great. I go here regularly. I would recommend the red curry, pad Thai. Basil friend rice, and pad kee mao. My only reasoning for not giving 5 stars is their portion of pad kee mao is extremely small and spice level can be inconsistent.
