I ordered online for my food. The doordasher left my pizza on a snow covered doorstep because I live on the 3rd floor and he refused to do his job and call like he's supposed to. I proceeded to call the restaurant and was answered by a rude employee who told me it's not their fault it's door dash and hung up in my face. Lets not forget, a hot pizza sitting on top of snow equals a soggy pizza box, in turn, soggy pizza. So at the moment I'm out of a pizza. Pizza hut just flat out stop answering the phone for me to keep from refunding me. The pizza WAS NOT made right, the Big New Yorker comes with pepperoni and neither of my pizzas had any, the bones chicken wings were nugget sized, and the sauce was just squirter over a few nuggets instead of covering the meat. So in return, im waiting for the upper level management to decide if I can get a refund or not. This is a pathetic excuse for customer service if I ever encountered it. And to the young guy that hung up in my face with the attitude, you should be glad I didn't drive to the store and give you what you deserve.

Pizza Hut pan crust & wings taste great. Just wish they'd bring back AYCE lunch buffet. I'd go most every day.. Especially if wings were on it!!

I worked here, I really enjoyed it. They’ve always had great food and I know they strive to get everything right BUT when I order online, it gets handed out to the wrong person, have to wait 20min to have it remade once I arrive, then get handed a partial order, then go inside to have it fixed and still don’t receive the correct order THEN CALL and get left on hold not ONCE but TWICE and get hung up on both times without any help, that’s when bad reviews get left. I even told the manager I know mistakes happen, but to then screw the order up again and hand a family box out in all separate boxes is so ridiculous it’s not even funny. Better attention to detail and better customer service needed. Epically when it comes to the phones, that’s always been an issue.

I ordered food and they usually have their own drivers deliver but they used door dash and I got a text saying they were approaching and then one saying I got my food and never got it straight theives so watch out if you pay with your card
