Pizza pick up, that gluten free crust is not great and it was probably cooked too long because it was super hard and dry. Regular pizza was fine. My daughter mentioned the sauce was really there in some places and not at all in others causing it to be dry. She ate it with ranch. Problem solved. Cheers. Did pick up so no comment on atmosphere.

Wanted to give a shout out to Dawn who went out of her way to make our 17 person family birthday party extraordinary.
Hated it, won't let you order food through the window have to do it online or bye phone and pick up the food, was hoping it was like other drive through you order through the microphone and drive forward to pick it up.

Ordered a pizza according to them they couldn't deliver it but there was plenty of parking on Lisbon Street won't give me a refund they want to give me credit which I won't be able to use because I can't go pick up a pizza which they told me that's the only way I can get pizza from them

This is my favorite hotel by far the best place to stay in New Orleans. Five stars for everything except for the toiletry because it feels like sand paper
