Their service, well, let's just say that they are not attentive to their customers much at all. I've been about a dozen times now, and I have to go to the counter to get my check and take out containers almost every time. Sometimes, I've had to go to the counter to order food... never mind if you need extra sauce or a utensil, they just don't check on you at all after serving the food. There have been times that I've stood at the counter a few minutes before anyone shows up from the back room. It's a bizarre experience.
But the food is really good. The amount for what you pay is very reasonable. I just recommend take-out more.

Amazing.. I got my food through a DoorDash delivery. I have never eaten from this place before, but I will definitely be making it my new spot. This is probably the best food in Auburn. Thai tea Egg rolls Chicken satay Chicken curry I only got a picture of one strip of the chicken satay because I tasted it and couldn’t stop eating it. Totally forgot about taking pictures.

Clean, friendly and just the right speed. I cannot say enough about my first experience here, I will be going back. Portion was amazing for the price and quality of the food was unprecedented. I’ve been waiting to have pho for so long since I first had it years ago and it was worth the wait to find this gem!

My only regret is I didn’t try this place sooner. It’s SO good! The food is full of flavor and portion sizes are huge. The staff is so kind and very quick to have orders ready. When I went in to pick up our order, the seating area was very clean and is roomy. I’ll definitely be back to eat in house especially with the food being as delicious as it was. Can’t wait to have more from Saigon Pho!

Delicious, freshly made-to-order meals. Produce is fresh. I had the vegetable Pho, the serving is enough for 3 people! so plan on taking some home to enjoy for another meal. Overall, great family owned small business.
