On multiple occasions we've seen all of the staff out smoking instead of working. We've waited a ridiculous amount of time for someone to answer at the drive thru to even take our order. Worst service of any fast food I've ever witnessed.

I placed a mobile order for a family bucket of chicken 12 pc and a pot pie at 7:34. When I arrived at 8:15 it was not ready. It was chaotic and Noone knew where my order was. Then it was a run around and they didn't know when my order would be ready. After waiting 40 minutes in the lobby I hopped in the drive thru only to find out that they hadn't even started my order. So I placed my order at 7:34 and it wasn't ready until 9:25. And oh by the way they don't issue refunds. They provide scrappy service, scrappy food and there is nothing you can do. Steer clear of this taco bell/KFC.

I ordered 1 sandwich, 1 burrito and 2 biscuits. 50 minutes later there was a lobby full of people waiting and I still had not got my tiny order. There was a circus at the counter between a few messed up orders so I just left without any food. Never again will I go there.

We came in and ordered, the lady behind the counter was very irritable and kept telling us to hold on when just trying to tell her how we wanted our food. We were then handed someone else’s food, which we unwrapped and realized was not ours, gave it back and the employees immediately began screaming at each other asking who handed the bag out wrong. Once they were done, they proceeded to hand out the food that my girlfriend and I had just had our hands all over. If it was mine I would’ve been disgusted. They then gave us most of what we ordered but we were given the wrong tacos after a 30 minute wait. At that point I just asked for a refund because I had to get home. I work in fast food myself as a manager and I can say they are definitely unprofessional and don’t really care about customer satisfaction.

Place shouldn’t be open. We sat in the drive through for 30 minutes. Waited. Couldn’t get out, inside people walk by you without even acknowledging you exist. It’s dirty. Foods always wrong. I’ve ordered from there 2xs. Will take extra time to go to Auburn in the future.

Terrible. 3 times we ordered chicken enchilada burritos and every single time it was the wrong thing. The first time it happened the manager was very rude and argued about how it was correct, but when they finally checked it lo and behold it wasn’t a chicken enchilada burrito. Judging by the others reviews this happens a LOT.

Had THE WORST experience of my life yesterday. Ordered a chicken quesadilla with less cheese, and instead got an only cheese quesadilla. Discovered this when I got home, came back (with the uneaten quesadilla) and had a guy named Devon demand a receipt (while simultaneously saying he remembered the order), yelling at me in front of other customers. He also accused me of having picked off the chicken? Like who would do that? When I asked for a refund due to his harassment, he refused and walked away. When I asked for his name the black haired girl at the drive through claimed she didn’t know it. He came back and gave me his name finally. I tried to call to speak with a manager today, and Devon claimed he was the manager.
Disgusting service all around.

Workers were extremely rude to every customer, our order was half wrong, and the place was gross. Both workers we dealt with (one older lady named Sally, didn’t get the others name but she was much younger and had split dyed hair) were rude to every single customer. Watched the younger girl slam down a DoorDash ordered, then refused to give her name to the door dash driver, and but had no problem stating “that’s Sally’s job and she’s not paying attention”, throwing Sally right under the bus. We were charged for a famous bowl we did not order. The younger girl did sort it out, whilst yelling at Sally the whole time.

Always dirty, 70% of the time your order from here they do not give you everything you ordered, and half the time everything you get is just wrong. Easily the worst fast food within a 30 mile radius
