Food and beer was amazing, the waitress was not very social, must have been a bad day in her life.

We were very excited to try this place as we are big craft beer lovers. Came with a couple friends, excited bc the view was absolutely gorgeous! Then it went down hill...one waitress on with the owner. She had NO personality but we still were very friendly with her trying to loosen her up. She seemed like we were a bother when we all order flights, which its a brewery, duh. We had ordered fully loaded tots which came out basically with a few sprinkles of cheese and peppers. All of our dinners were ok. The beer unfortunately was not great. The smoked spider was the best but the rest kind of tasted the same. The waitress sucked plain and simple, I have worked in the industry for years and know what it takes, also know when someone just shouldn't be a server. It was her. We tipped 20% bc this is her living but honestly I hope the owner reads this and boots her so others don't have the same experience. Also get a greeter if your server isn't going to greet or sit people (which is understandable if she is the only one on). People were waiting 10-15 mins to be greeted and it was cold. Now a days there are to many breweries to be Mediocre, and to many people who need jobs to have crappy staff.

It is OUT THERE !! But it was a beautiful ride and what a beautiful spot. Beer was great - we had the St. George and Optimus . We had wings , brisket and ribs - along with the view it was awesome food - with leftovers

We arrived at 12 noon. Told we could not order until 1215. We were the first to be seated on the upper balcony. We were the third to order. people that came in 20 minutes after us , got the same food we ordered , 10 min before us. The food came and the waitress disappeared for at least 10 minutes. Did not offer us catsup for our fries , which were now cold , and my wife's salad was dry , they offered no salad dressing at all. when I moved my meal plate to the side I notice the wood counter had no varnish and right where my plate was , had a 4" spot of black mold growing out of the wood counter. The view was exceptional , beer was above average , but the experience was a total loss . This was not the first time we have had this same experience , it had been a year since the last visit : we decided to give them another chance. If I were you , I would choose another place to eat , maybe come enjoy their beer instead. I did tip the waitress 10%, although that was too much , we respect that everyone is in hard times during the covid 19 times. And since I could not change the user name or location , I'd add that we are from Nobleboro , ME. )04555 not Wisconsin , as the review states. Another tactic of deception.

Liberty craft brewery is a really cool place to go we’ve actually been there before but maybe it’s because of the pandemic that it actually seems so much better now! We went on a Saturday night and dined outside servers wear masks they follow all excepted protocols the view is spectacular and there was live music all done with social distancing

We moved to the area 8 months ago and leaving Craft Brewery world of Colorado it has been very hard finding a good brewery in Maine. So in our hunt we went the other night and we found our spot. The food was amazing! The atmosphere was an A+. The brewery is off the beaten path and the best part of that is it gives it a very welcoming home feeling, perfect for spending time with family and friends having a wonderful dinner and beer. If you like IPA's they have a good selection as well as a few other options. Also if you are not a beer drinker there are some great ciders for you as well. And they were short staffed the day we went but service was still spot on and wonderful! Can't wait too go back!

Needed a late lunch/early dinner, saw the sign for on the way out from Liberty Tool, and are we glad we stopped in! Plenty of social-distancing space mid-afternoon, prompt service, the smell of woodsmoke difting up faintly from the pizza oven, the view over the hills from the treehouse-like deck... just what we needed. We had the BLT (really excellent, crisp fresh bacon) and pizza with pulled pork (couldn't make up my mind whether to have pizza or the pulled pork sandwich, so had both!). The "coleslaw" side with BLT was pathetic - c'mon guys, you can do better than just a few overly large pices of cabbage with no noticable dressing. Not big IPA fans, we enjoyed a couple of maltier beers. Sugar Shack was an amber ale with a residual sweetness from the maple, perfect with the pulled pork, and we got a crowler to take home. Raspberry Truffle Stout a bit "desserty" to have with food but was fine; somewhat thin for the style. We chose the comfortable chairs at the tables, over backless stools to perch on at the perimeter counter (better views there though).

This was the worst experience we ever had in service and food. They had us wait for a very long time and then when it was time to order they were out of all their barbecue food. So we ordered pizza and it was burned. The servers did not treat us nice because we were not regulars and we were out of town on vocation. Never would be go back!!!!

Liberty Craft Brewing: great beer, great food, great music on Sat., friendly people, not a lot of money.

Went with the family on our second trip to Liberty, ME. Excellent BBQ and wood fired pizza on Friday’s. Get there early and enjoy the beautiful views!

Stopped in on a rainy day, which is a shame because the view is incredible. Had a pulled pork BBQ sandwich, house-made potato chips and two beers: the Waldo and Bohemian. It was all good enough to want to go back!

If I could give this one star I would. The service is CRAP!!!! I won't let anyone I know come here. The owners are unbelievably rude and I am in shock at how they treat customers. The "waitress" named abbey; I have never had someone be so rude to me in my entire life. She gave dirty looks to us, never came to our table, not once. We basically had to beg her to come over to our table, it's like she decided she didn't like us by just looking at us? Weird. You think they'd care a little more about customers who are renting a cabin on their property. They were out of everything on the menu night 1, then night 2 we try to call and reserve food and they say you'll be fine, there's plenty. We come to eat dinner tonight, they tell us their out of everything again, there's no food service available they tell us. We called to complain and the owner DEFENDED his waitress wife and her rude attitude and he defended there not being any food. We're sitting at the cabin on their property that we're renting and they don't have any food for any of us staying here, doesn't make sense? And also the beer is horrible straight up regardless of the service, GO TO ST GEORGE LAKE BREWEY WAY BETTER!!!! the waitress gave a 22 year old next to us a free beer and walked past my dad who had a credit card out and was asking for a beer. Horrible service, won't let anyone I know go here. Guy, the owner handled our incredibly nice complaint terribly too, he basically told my mom to get over it.

We’ve been here before and have a previous review with food, but this time we only ordered a couple pints of beer. The beer is crisp and clear, but the kinds that we sampled - an amber ale and a raspberry ale - had quite a bite and bitterness to them that for some could be off-putting. The beer prices are reasonable and I remember liking the citra brew before, but I’m really not sure about these. Our neighbors on the deck were drinking Queen Bee honey lager and they recommended it. The menu has changed considerably, so I can’t comment. Downstairs where there was a band playing the chef was preparing wood fired pizza. There were a number of enticing barbecue selections on the menu. Sides for BBQ and sandwiches were extra, but reasonably priced at $1 to $2. The view from the upstairs deck is incredibly gorgeous and the late afternoon lighting was spectacular for photos of both the scenery and my family. It’s reminiscent of being at a vineyard. I’d recommend that you sample a few beers inside at the bar and decide what best suits you. There was a cider on tap as well.
