I was told that they are not very good here and I can confirm after visiting. The staff are clearly disorganized, and one girl was moving so slow, like in a different time zone. Moving with a purpose is not a thing here, which is a bummer.

I’ll gladly make my own, step aside folks since any order seems to be way to much for you all to handle . Oh and you charged me for a drink that I didn’t order which cost more than the one I did. My buddy accidentally ordered the wrong coffee and when the worker realized this, she made the correct one and offered the incorrect one to us because she would have to throw it out otherwise. So I got a free coffee today and that’s the type of customer service that shines! Thank you to Sarah for putting the customer first and making us feel special today!

They may not always have what I order, but 9/10 times they do, and they rarely get it wrong. The older woman, and young lady with wicked curly hair are the best. Someone made curly haired girl cry one day, I was ready to throw hands for her she’s that sweet. Even the young kids working here are really nice! Filled donuts actually have filling, and are always fresh/yummy.

Customer service sucks..... you can not use cash in here they dont have menus up other than on the self checkout screen....
I have stopped at this Dunkin Donuts several times since they opened. It is always hit or miss as far as getting what you want, they are always out of maple and blueberry muffins. I ordered a Sourdough breakfast sandwich this morning and they couldn't even toast the bread!!! I don't care how busy you are, do your job correctly. Give the customer what they pay for!!!! Guess I will find somewhere else to go for a breakfast sandwich from now on. Just not loving this Dunkin. 😡

Terrible, the girls didn’t know what a plain crueler was, so I said a plain stick donut. She said I can have a French crueler or a plain donut. Egg on the bagel was repulsive. Never again. Seven girls behind counter, no hair nets or hats. It was a waste of money and time.

No bathroom...Decent drive thru, but if you allow customers to sit and eat, you by law have to provide a bathroom. It is a dunking doughnuts they all have public bathrooms crazy. Lawsuit waiting to happen.
