Just leaving this review in the hopes management sees it. I was in a car accident and dropped off here by a tow truck driver. I have IBS and needed access to a restroom immediately. I was denied access to a restroom twice despite stating clearly that I have a medical condition. Allys's law states it is illegal to deny me access to a restroom. This is demeaning and, from a business perspective a lawsuit waiting to happen. Please do better.

Went in and used the kiosk to place my order, said approved on the machine. Was told by the lady working behind the counter that it didn't go through. So she ended up ringing it through the drive thru, checked my bank statement afterwards and it had indeed taken my money off the first time. They claim they have no record of it and there isn't anything they can do. So they basically stole my money. Won't ever go back. Lousy customer service.

How do you run out of your most popular donut everyday before 9am? Whoever does the ordering at this location makes themselves look like an idiot. Calling yourself Dunkin’ Donuts and not having any in stock

my matcha lattee might as well just been a cup of ice with how much ice there was my drink was gone in 2 sips. after ordering i waited for 5 minutes all the while some worker was staring at me like do ur job give me my stuff and was super rude once she did get to me

Food is good but service makes no sense. Kiosk is all there is. And no cash for that. If there was a sign it'd be fine but there was no way to know unless you ask them. They didn't even ask if we needed help. It's more meant for drive thrus and online orders, and that's helpful to one half of the town but not the other. I like the staff and the company, but this particular setup is not viable and just makes no sense. I hope they take this review into consideration because I will be happy to change my review.

Usually when I order a frozen chocolate it is chunky or they forget to add the topping too it. Once they’ve even forgot to crush the ice. I wouldn’t normally complain about the lack of toppings on my drink but when it’s almost $7 i usually expect care. Anyway I also place orders for breakfast often since I live near by. I must say if you don’t check What food they gave you when they hand it too you, you’ll end up with the wrong order. Also not only that, when I went back to get the right order, they took the food they gave me back and remade it, what it seems like they just took apart the old one and put a new sausage in it. Then handed me back the old bag with my “new” sandwich.

Employees extremely happy and sincere. The place was clean.
I was walking by and decided to go in for coffee,, 3 girls working one at front counter, Would not take my order informed me to order from the kiosk, OK that took 5 minutes to place order,, went to pay cash and she then informed me they didn't accept cash ,, cash is only accepted at drive thru. Is it me or it this the most insane business practice ?
This is very small, 4 high top bar stools and high bar.Though the food was good and service was friendly, we won't be going again.My elderly parents like to sit down in chairs they can reach.This is best served to drive thru and take out.This doesn't fit our needs.
