New server was left completely alone. No idea about the menu, and said the menus were outdated… so had no idea what they had while trying to choose what to eat. Every time we asked if they had an item, she had to go back into the kitchen to ask. One meal was a salad with steak or chicken in the name.. salad came out way later than other food because she forgot about it… and didn’t come back towards the table for a while, then was finally brought out. The meat wasn’t made for the salad, so we had to wait another 15 minutes.. wouldn’t have really cared except it was the child’s meal. We didn’t even get enough silverware for the whole table so had to go take it off another table… Cook was in the kitchen screaming. Wasn’t the servers fault, they set her up to fail. She wasn’t ready to be on her own at all. If the menu is old & doesn’t have half the items, make a new menu? Make sure she knows what the soup/vegetable of the day is. And what you do/don’t have instead of having her run into the kitchen every 45 seconds to check and leaving customers frustrated and confused. All around just a terrible experience, very confusing/uncomfortable. We won’t be going back. Food tasted microwaved and wasn’t even hot in all places. Not that many places to eat in this town, but wasn’t expecting it to be THAT bad ?

If you want a real quintessential American experience, this is a must! Upon arrival our expectations were not that high, but we had to eat somewhere. We were "lucky" that in the room next to where we ate there was Kareoke... (super fun if you like that).Then we got our food, there were 5 of us and we all wanted something different and it took a little longer. The food was really delicious and far exceeded our expectations! The staff was super nice and we were helped very well.Parking: Large parking lot in front of the door

You need to like the atmosphere of a bit of a dive bar (we went on a karaoke night late) I think it is fun. I had wings that were dry but my wife had the haddock which was a total surprise and super tasty. Burgers are good too and the pizza was decent though not fancy Italian wood oven pizza style. Then again the price was really good.
Sue is the manager here and she is wonderful! She's very attentive and makes sure that all the tables have everything they need. Had a great chicken salad melt and the pizza is always delicious. The chicken Caesar was a huge portion and very yummy as well! They also were starting karaoke so I'm sure if we had stayed that would've been a fun event to watch

If you order take out double check your order before you leave. Twice I've ordered take out and when I returned home found that a turkey ranch wrap had dried out and overcooked turkey (rubbery), a tiny bit of ranch almost undetectable. Everything else was missing. For someone with dietary restrictions this was not balanced and I was unable to eat all of it. My previous experiences were good but the staff must have changed.

So difficult to rate this business. My husband and I stumbled upon this place and really love their pizza. Their bartenders were on point until recently. On the nights we frequent, they have apparently replaced the old bartenders with Mike. Mike is a repulsive, inappropriate , over bearing and obnoxious--to name a few! He thinks it is standard conversation to talk about sex and sexual encounters with patrons. I was never more horrified the time we were there with a couple friends and he licked his fingers and pretended to rub his nipples. Every time we are there, he talks about sex and makes inappropriate comments, not only to me but others. We tried to go there tonight for their pizza (which is amazing-one of the best in the area ) but upon walking in and seeing he was working, we turned around and walked back out. I can not even believe he is still employed. The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because the owner is amazing and their pizza is the best around.
