Amazing beer, friendly staff and an awesome location in the woods of Limerick! It’s hard to find such good lagers and German-inspired beers elsewhere. The Nord Pilsner, Oktoberfest and Maibock are my favorites. The outdoor space is especially nice for hanging out with lots of seating and space, cornhole and other outdoor games.
I really love beer and I especially love visiting all of the fledgling beer companies in the area plus. I've been going to Gneiss since the place was a garage door and a single picnic table. Let me tell you their beer is great. Since then they've expanded at 2 times that I remember? I have to give this brewery 5 stars even just for the fact they set themselves apart. Being off the beaten path located in Limerick in the woods and going against the IPA craze that has taken over the beer industry.
