We have tried options closer and have been really disappointed (and we’re not hard to please) we went to THG tonight and once again everything was spot on, great service, the cook on our meat was excellent! Great menu, with something for everyone!

3 of us went for a late lunch the the grill on Saturday. got a lot of apps. Most was good, the mushrooms, a great salad and the scallops were good. We got a shrimp app wrapped in bacon. that was bad. the shrimp was bad. the outside looked fully cooked, but shrimp was raw inside. I ate 1 and my sister ate one. I got very upset stomach where i had to get to a bathroom fast. Sister not as sick, but grossed out by it, as she ate one. My othe sister cut into it and put right down, did not eat it. We should have said something, as they won't know if ya don't say anything, and why did i pay for that? my bad. I need to speak up. The shrimp also may have been old.
I really wanted to go for the dinner menu, maybe give another try, not sure.
service was good, or quick. we also got buffalo fingers, did not care for the buffalo sauce, so noone ate those. we got 3 deserts, creme broule was the best, very good, chocolate cake was dry and tiramisu was not a tiramisu, it was a sweet cream cake, did not like that.
Atmosphere was nice. lplace was clean. This was a special occasion for us 3 sisters, so we had good family time, Just watch out for the shrimp

Tried to stop in for a meal this evening. After leaving I read some of the reviews, in one review the owner said they’re a restaurant not a bar. We wanted a table for me my wife and our son, we asked to be seated downstairs. We were told that kids weren’t welcome in the bar which this establishment is not. I have also sat down there with him before. This place makes rules up as they go and that’s fine it's their establishment. I will not be returning due to the terrible vibes given.

Stopped by today and I was well pleased. The food was excellent. The waitress was so friendly and attentive. It is truly a nice place and it is not overpriced.

Great honest food at reasonable prices . I had haddock and fries - really fresh and well cooked. And for once on our USA trip, sensible portion sizes. My daughter had a perfectly cooked flat iron steak. And a pumpkin based creme brulé for dessert - lovely. An oasis in a desert of over priced, poor quality food that I had experienced far too often in our trip to Maine
We were seated adjacent to a window at sunset and you couldn't see even to read the menu. So we politely asked for another seat as the place was only at 50% capacity. Imagine our surprise when the hostess stated moving would mess up her service. Dumbfounded we left.

Went here for lunch with my husband. Parking is limited on the street but there is parking out back.
The space/atmosphere is cute and clean. The waitress was pleasant and food tasted great.
I ordered the portabella burger... that was a slippery mess! I had a very hard time holding in the mushroom but the cheese pull was insane! Fries were soggy and burnt, could use a little crisp and fluff. They did have some desserts that sounded amazing so I might have to come back for that :)
