The Dunkin in Lincoln has very rude and unknowledgeable staff. Rude when taking your order at the drive thru and extremely rude when they mess the order up and have to fix it. As much money as we spend at Dunkin I don't think we need to be treated so rudely because someone doesn't like their job or they messed up. There is only one staff there that isn't rude to his customers and he can make a coffee the way it should be.
