“I had an experience at Buffalo Wild Wings recently where my order was messed up, but the manager really impressed me with how they handled it. Instead of just apologizing and moving on, they took full responsibility for the mistake, made sure my correct order was prepared immediately, and even threw in some extras to make up for the inconvenience. It’s rare to see a manager take such initiative to make things right, and it made a huge difference. This kind of customer service is what sets Buffalo Wild Wings apart, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

“Maybe the owner should hold meetings somewhere other than a table that paying customers wanted to use. And why (assume it was owner) would you just walk around the store telling customers to bypass kiosk and go to counter...when we had to get someone's attention out back to take our order. Not going back, parking horrible and seems sketchy with owner and family hanging out...“

“Food was decent. A little over cooked but edible. Staff wasn't the best no thank you have a good day or anything. Just here's your change and walk away. Lol the guy looked like he was having a bad night hopefully that's all it was.“

“On Wednesday you can have Rum punch for 5.00. It was delicious! My smoked pork that came with macaroni and cheese was actually smoked outside and YUMMY! I will be back. I like how they have different specials everyday. The place is clean too!“
