Another manager named Max is courteous, polite, and creates a good welcoming vibe with top-tier customer service. A shift manager named Kay is also awesome, very polite and professional, fixing an order quickly. However, some experiences are negative. One order taker was rude and in a hurry, with half-full fries and sides, making it aggravating. Another customer was missing at least one ordered item twice, and the receipt is taped to the box but the items are not always inside. Mistakes are sometimes resolved quickly and nicely, with a free pie given for troubles.
