What a great place shout out to the kid Keith and the manager Max for an awesome experience the other day glad this place is running smooth now last few weeks have been a huge change compared to what it used to be!!! Keep up the good work guys and give them both a pay raise!!
I visited Popeyes in Lewiston Maine, and I have to say my food came out fast and the staff was very pleasant, and Christian was exceptional, I had such a good experience thank you Popeyes! ❤
Their food used to be excellent when they first opened. But over time the quality in both food and service has gone down a lot. I haven't ordered the strips in a while because the last few times the crust was doughy instead of crunchy, and it didn't taste good.

Based on reviews, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen offers amazing food but has inconsistent service. The evening shift manager is excellent, calming a customer and redoing a messed-up Uber order. Another manager named Max is courteous, polite, and creates a good welcoming vibe with top-tier customer service. A shift manager named Kay is also awesome, very polite and professional, fixing an order quickly. However, some experiences are negative. One order taker was rude and in a hurry, with half-full fries and sides, making it aggravating. Another customer was missing at least one ordered item twice, and the receipt is taped to the box but the items are not always inside. Mistakes are sometimes resolved quickly and nicely, with a free pie given for troubles.
