My dasher waited almost 35 minutes for 2 large coffees and a single donut. I also called the store 3x to see what was the problem and the phone was ignored.
The bathroom was dirty😳
I've lived in the area for over a year and initially this Dunkin was very busy, over the course of the time I've been there I can say the quality of service and care of the goods provided had gone straight down. What I order NEVER tastes like it does anywhere else I get it from. It lacks ingredients and it's frustrating when this is $5 you're wasting for something you clearly wanted to start your day.
