The food was unreal! Chef Karen Saydick was amazing. All I can say is “Yes, Chef!”

I highly recommend this establishment! My friend and I enjoyed an early dinner yesterday, before attending the Mixology Class. The food was superb! The Mixology Class was phenomenal! Sam, our Mixologist, was a great teacher and knew the history of all of the alcohols used in our drinks. The food pairings were phenomenal! In fact, I will not eat before attending the next class, because I had no idea how much food we would be getting , to pair with the drinks we made! If this was a star rating I would give West Branch a 5 star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

OUTstanding food and service! Duck was delish! Marcella was fantastic. Cobbler and blueberry bread pudding were sooo good. Can't wait to come back here once they have handicap accessible entrance.

Wheelchair accessibility: NOT ACCESSIBLE at this time (Oct 30, 2024). The only ramp is to the Café which was closed when we visited. My 87 y/o mother had a very tough time ascending the numerous levels of STAIRS. (see pic). They are newly opened, so hopefully a ramp will be added soon!

Sad to leave this review as I have had some amazing meals here but the larger they get, the magic is dissipating. This time, my reservation wasn’t saved and the hostess demanded to know who I spoke with (like I was fibbing about making a reservation for 7). She told me there was no room, then seated us after expressing frustration at having to find seating for us. We waited 2.5 hours to receive cold food and 2 of the orders were cooked incorrectly- one of the steaks was dry, burned and went largely untouched. One dessert order was wrong… not a huge issue but the table was never bussed, dishes were piling up. Took an hour just to get drinks and we had to intercept a staff to get a single carafe of water for our table. The server was apologetic, lovely and stressed. She granted 25% off the bill because of the challenges. The saddest loss for me was the little things… no more drizzle on the Bistro filet, hastily prepared veggies, flat tasting mashed potatoes, unappealing presentation. I hope WBF doesn’t lose itself in the process of expansion.

Amazing food with delicious everything! The only minor complaint was the veggies weren't so good, but everything else was FANTASTIC.

Visited the Public House for the first time last night. The pork chop dinner was delicious and I took home a lot more than I managed to eat!

Food was good, but all elements were not hot. Perhaps distance from the kitchen was an issue. Indoor seating is limited. We had to wait about 45 minutes past our reservation time.

Parking: Signage was confusing, I was unable to find handicap parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access seemed limited to outdoor seating

Just went for lunch for the first time. I ordered the lobster grilled cheese sandwich. It was very good and filling . Also the bread was homemade. We also got a complimentary homemade hummus and chips. It was a lot to eat so I took the rest home including the hummus. Service was very good and received our orders in a reasonable amount of time. We went early to avoid crowds. It does get very crowded on the weekend but this was during the week. They are expanding the dining hall into another building which will be for lunch and dinner (Public House) and the main section will be for breakfast.

I think the new building is beautiful. It’s a work in progress and look forward to seeing the outdoor options next summer. My food was delicious. Fresh and creative options. Large serving so took enough home for another meal. Staff very pleasant.

Great food. My wife and I agreed, the lobster bisque was the best we’d ever had! Great service and our server Sam was the best. Overall, it was a great experience.

Very friendly waitresses, polite construction crew (building an addition that will accommodate over 100 people for year round, indoor seating), beautiful views and the food was top notch quality! Black Angus steak cooked to perfection, homemade sausage patties with a fine tuned balance of sweet/heat/herb, homemade sourdough toast with choice of 4 homemade jams, homefries were walnut sized pieces of real potato golden brown and not loaded with onion or strong seasoning that can cause digestive issues for some people. The coffee was AWESOME...strong, fresh and cold water served in a glass decanter! We took home blueberry orange muffins to our family and they said they were the best they'd ever tasted. Thank you for bringing a farm to table type quality meal option to Washington County! WE WILL BE BACK!
