We split a house salad $10, steak fries 17, chicken tenders around 17, 2 pints at 8 bucks a piece, and one margarita equals 89 dollars. How is that possible? One expensive margarita. Next time I will ask before ordering. 30 bucks or so for a standard margarita that is crazy.”

“Pats has been a favorite of mine since discovering it in the 1980s. I think I have eaten at every one of them and must say the new owners in Machias are making the best Pats I have had. Cooked just right, loaded with topping and a great environment. Orono is still special from college days but Machias is as good or better than any of them.”

“We've been occasional patrons since coming to town in 2018. The meatball subs and tuna subs are my husband's favorites and I usually have a spicy Italian or BMT. We're always happy with the service and the food. Good value and priced right.

Parking: Can be tricky to get a safe spot during busy hours due to the other business there, but it is not an inconvenience.”

The orders are fast, hot and fresh and well done. Especially the luncheon specials. Generous portions and every single dish we have ordered was incredible. Worth the trip going there.”

“My mom and I are visiting from Texas for the week and were on our way from Bangor to Quoddy Head. We stopped in for a coffee and absolutely loved it! The service was fantastic! We talked to the owner for at least ten minutes about good coffee and travels, and he was more than willing to shift his latte recipe to accommodate what we liked. Loved the “great coffee doesn’t need to be masked by artificial syrups and sugars” concept. Coffee was high quality and delicious! Highly recommend stopping in!”
