unfortunately this McDonald's is so understaffed that you will need to plan on waiting at least 30 minutes in the drive-thru no matter the time of day. It was the first time I visited and probably the last because for a fast food place, the only one in Machias, there is nothing fast about it, which renders the app useless.

The food is standard McDonald's so no complaints, and the staff is always courteous and you can tell they are really trying. The corporate franchise that is McDonald's is not winning any points with me on how much they've increased the prices on basic things and made it outrageous to eat out. Also the particular McDonald's that is located in town has been understaffed lately at night and probably in general... I went to stop there multiple times recently and there have been lines going down the street and they apologized because they only have two people on duty. I feel really bad for them and I hope that things change soon.

This Machias location was a little dirty today. I haven't been there in awhile (and usually drive thru). My autistic son and we sat inside because he and wanted to eat-in. I almost left when we went to get our drinks there was a dark, stinking liquid beside the soda machine (smelled like puke). I had to wipe our table. We had a good time despite the unkept establishment.

Went there last week, and as though they were slammed with a wrap around drive through, Milena served everyone with a smile and made sure every order was spot on! Will only go back if she is working, keep it up!

Mileena is by far the worst employee there. I gave her a simple order, 1 large mocha frappe, 1 medium fry and 2 Big Mac SAUCES. She charged me for 2 Big Mac sandwiches and when I tried telling her she got the order wrong and charged me for the sandwiches , she slammed the drive through window in my face. I had to go inside and get a manager to help me and mileena a came up and said “I thought you said the sandwiches.. sorry” in an extremely passive aggressive tone. The manager said this wasn’t the first time this has happened and I know for a fact she’s done this to my father too. Mileena is the most disrespectful and rude employee I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting.

Terrible food even worse service you can stand there in line with no one ahead of you and Miranda will just stare and take 10 to 15.mjnutes to tale your order ever employee is on drugs nodding off etc. More than 10 people have gotten food poising trust us do not eat there ever and if Bruce mercedes or.miranda is working walk put immediately or they will.spit in your food trust.i worked there for.months it's not safe someone call the the inspector and shut it down .
