Curbside order: Waited 30 minutes for incomplete meal. Spoke to associate and she said she’d be back out with remaining order. 30 more minutes later- nothing. Tried to call repeatedly and no answer. Went inside and was told they were too busy to look back. Had to argue to get missing item. Food was cold by the time we were able to eat. This location is consistently getting worse and worse.

The place was a disaster! Bathrooms were horrible, floor in the lobby was sticky. Beverage machine had soda sprayed on the front and the water didn’t work! We had an issue with the order kiosk and the manager rattled off a quick response and didn’t offer to help. We almost walked out at that point!

Disrespectful workers they expect you to know you're order when they put it out they don't let you know there slow the place is always dirty they never get you're order right they don't wear gloves nor do they wear hair nets and if they have a couple people in the drive thru even if they have like 10 people inside they will take care of the drive thru first yelling at people in drive thru they only hire kids I've had 10 interviews with them each time got ignored they hire based on how you look tables always sticky floor always wet they don't mop they let the mess sit there you tell them you're allergic to onions they loaded me right up with them lucky my buddy didn't die or I'd be sueing them stop hiring 18 year olds with no experience or train them right
