Ordered a specialty poutine for delivery, with 4 extra toppings that I paid for. When it arrived NONE of the requested toppings were on it. The receipt clearly listed the extra toppings I had paid for. I caught the driver before they left, & they took it. When they returned, I checked it & the cold toppings had just been dumped on top, & it was still missing one. I accepted it, as I realized that I was not going to get what I had ordered, & the driver had other deliveries to make. Whoever was working in the kitchen clearly didn't care & should NOT be working in any restaurant that wants to retain customers.

They employees are nice. We have been there and find it aggravating to watch the owner mistreat people that work there. We decided to try Ricks again. I suggest he read public relations manual and the laws on these topics. Anyways we will never come back. We will not complain a word again. It's simple not worth my time.

Checked their web page on Monday, said the were open until either 8 or 9, Made the drive up to Madawaska from Caribou to take my wife out for birthday dinner. Arrived at 6 pm the place was dark and locked up tight. Rechecked the web page and it said they were open. Very disappointing, we’ve been there before and food and service were great! Will we go back? Depends, can we count on them being open?
