The children that work there on weekends are terrible. They constantly mess up orders and forget to put things you paid for, and have an online receipt for. The little girl that messed up our online order, AGAIN, refused to give us what we paid for. They owe us money. We spent a lot of money there, trying to do business locally in our new neighborhood, but never again! Rude, refused to look at the receipt, refused to give us what we paid for, refused to admit they made a mistake, and basicly called my husband a thief, trying to get free food! Is she kidding???!!! Called several times only to be hung up on by a rude little girl pretending to be the manager. Don't bother. Go to ANY OTHER Dunkin but here!!!! Entitled little brats, disrespectful incompetent and argumentative, when they are clearly WRONG. I'm calling corporate next. They owe us money that we paid for nothing.

Last day in Maine leaving for NYC & picking up at what seems a busy hub for morning drivers to get breakfast at this dunkin. Line at the drive through & the cash desk- 4 ladies working.
But like working through their line. The manager even took a quick interview during the rush who was also a paying client. Ive worked in hospitality & still do customer service and I love to see a team work together to get through rushes like that. Wait wasn’t long and orders were coming out fast. Shoutout to the manager and the whole team really.

Ordered 15-20 minutes ahead for a meeting today. After we arrived we waited for 20 minutes and ended up having to leave with only part of our order. I wish they would removed this Dunkin and add a subway.

the lady over the speaker was super friendly and they customized my drink perfectly. i got vanilla flavor in my strawberry coolatta which some places won’t do. my only complaint is i think they accidentally gave me a small when i ordered a medium, not a huge deal though cause the drink was really good and staff very friendly made up for it.

I always order a midnight hot coffee and half the time they do the switch and give you the regular brew...then act all surprised when you call them on it.....watch them pour you the reg because there to lazy to have midnight brew going......and 20 minutes to get a coffee is crazy.....oh and cash only and then act put out when you give them American currency of a $100 bill

Staff is always fruendly but spent more than 25 mins in drive thru. I ordered coffee and sandwich through mobile. Got the sandwich but no coffee. They got that but extra time. Looked like other orders were wrong as witnessed passing coffees back and forth to customers.

Can’t fathom how they can hire such stupid people. I don’t come here often and when i do. It’s wrong. Every time. This most recent visit my coffee is wrong and they gave me a muffin instead of a sandwich. I was too far down the road to turn around, and no one answers the phone and the voice mail is full. I’m disputing the transaction and never coming back

WOW!!! i went here two days in a row on a business trip and ive now experienced dunkin in a new way. the donuts were incredibly fresh, delicious and moist. at my home dunkin in damriscotta the donuts are dry and stale. thank you for a life changing donut! I will be back <33333

The staff is wicked friendly. They're wicked fast and efficient, too. I never have to wait long for my iced coffee and more importantly unlike other Dunkin's my coffee order is made how I like it. I get my iced coffee in a jiffy and it's always just right (large iced with two creams and two sugars, if you must know). I've been to other Dunkin's and they don't hold a candle to this one. The service here is top-notch! I can't start my day without my iced coffee fix! The team members are always cheerful and helpful. They're a real credit to the Dunkin' brand.

This place is ridiculous. Me and my co worker went in here to get a coffee and they closed the inside part down because they were supposedly short staffed and were only serving drive-thru. It was 5 Am and 1 car in drive-thru. While having 3 people working. If 3 people can't handle Making coffee and selling donuts then why is this place even open? These people are obviously lazy if 1 car and 2 customers is to busy for them.

There is always a Dunkin to be found in this area but I always go out of my way to visit the one in Manchester, I absolutely love all of the staff, they all know who I am and are so nice. They adore my puppy and often will give her a munchkin, which she appreciates! My only issue is, often when I order a donut, which I don't do much, they won't have it! Which does suck, because I use the app, so I spend my money often not getting the donut I want.
