Our jelly donuts were raw dough in the center
Yuck! First I thought I was imagine it but then I split it open and sure enough raw dough! We bought 4 and were all excited lol all three of us threw them away!

The team dis an absolutely wonderful they kept their heads high and got the job done despite the manager being zero help at all chilling in the lobby on a meeting twiddling her thumbs while they were drowning with 4m+ times in drive thru and several people waiting many minutes in lobby for simple orders sean as always was busting ass in there doing his best and the little red head was running the floor keeping a flow as best she cpuld while helping the older lady who seemed tk be training but doing a fantastic job i’m honestly beyond disappointed with the manager to just lay back in a zoom call with out a care in the world for her struggling team of three during rush hour they wouldn’t catch me dead leaving my team in my dunking struggling because i was in a gm meeting very poor management and leadership skills that red head deserves to be a shift lead at the least and sean show get a raise they go through way too much for nothing

No happy with my French Vanilla coffee. Not sure if she even put any in it yet I paid for it. Disappointed. Hopefully better at the next Dunkin I visit

This Dunkin’s is horrible. We stood in line for 15 minutes and all they were doing was fulfilling the mobile orders for people who weren’t even there. Not even acknowledging the customers waiting at the counter and then having a bad attitude when finally helping us standing in line. One of the workers walked out because it was so stressful. This is the only Dunkins that can’t handle helping customers in line and doing mobile orders. Even McDonald’s can handle both at the same time. I understand being short staffed, but how about being nice and courteous to the customers? It’s not our fault you can’t handle the orders. Maybe they need to work on the app and give them wait times so in person customers can actually get helped.

Ridiculously long wait! Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru line with only about 6 cars ahead of us. If I hadn’t done a mobile order I would have left. When we finally got to the window they handed off a drink and bag and said that was everything. As soon as we pulled ahead I realized they forgot the 50 count munchins. My fiancé came back out with 2 boxes and said this was all they had. Instead of assorted we got 50 butternut munchins. My daughter who’s 5 had wanted at least some chocolate for our 3 hour ride to Santa’s Village. I went back in to at least by a chocolate donut but with 4 people in line I didn’t have another hour to wait! Thanks for adding 40 minutes to our commute and not offering an alternative to begin with which I had overhead done for other customers while I initially attempted to wait in line.
This was my go-to spot for the years because I pass it every day, leaving home... however... there needs to be a manager there with experience. There seems to be a disaster going on every day. No one wants to step up to clean the area. Work stations are littered with product that need to be put in its place to be properly stored and in its designated spot. Coffee spills are a normal occurrence in a coffee stop... however.. clean up the spots before its a hazard. There's no one there willing to control this frenzy... my advice, management needs to come in... being nice to the kids working hard with no guidance... and help them time things better. Mobile orders wait upto 20 mins after getting there... my order was order 10-15 mins and still had to wait 20 mins to get full order... there's never a good supply of product anymore and now I have to drive 15 more mins out of my way for my orders at a different shop.
There needs to be someone in charge of everyone. This location is mostly hs and hs graduates... no one wants to be the bad guy in charge...

I just waited in line for 10-15 minutes without a single person at the counter getting served. I get that drive thru and mobile orders exist, but there should be a balance where I’m not waiting for 20 minutes second in line to be served

Wasted an hour of my day today. Placed a mobile drive-thru order for an iced coffee. Got in line at 11:12, got my coffee at 11:48. And when I got to the window, they didn’t even know what my order was. My iced coffee had melted iced, and so much condensation I didn’t even drink it. Over 45 minutes of my life I will never get back. I never write reviews, but this was enough for me to feel like I should share my bad experience. Honestly don’t know why I didn’t just leave.

staff is fine but 20 minute wait times in the drive through is absurd. then when i got up they were out of lemonade at 9am. like how are you out of one of the main ingredients for half of your drinks? it would’ve been faster for me to drive to starbucks and back and they would’ve actually had the ingredients.

The young lady with black hair is always nasty and rude with her inflection and facial expressions. Today after mocking my polite tone, she proceeded to speak to her coworkers in a aggressive manner. This could clearly be heard through the window of the drive-thru. I live near by and frequent this Dunkin location and have experienced poor service from this individual four separate times now.
