First time and had the classic cheeseburger. It was SO good. I have celiac disease, and they kindly accomodated me with gluten free bread for the burger.

First Timers!
Came here on motorcycle a beautiful fall day! Was greeted by Mike immediately who made me an amazing cosmo. When he found out we were vegetarians he made the most amazing homemade bean burgers with kimchi!!! TDF!!
Then we met Chandler who was equally awesome and took a selfie with us to send his dad who sat on airplane next to us and told us hilarious Timberwolves stories. The man is legit terrified of bears!
Amazing experience!
Will DEF be back!

I recently had the opportunity to try Timberwolves BBQ Sauce, and I found it to be a solid addition to my grilling repertoire. The sauce has a nice balance of sweetness and tang, which complements various meats well. It has a rich, smoky flavor that enhances the overall taste without overpowering the natural flavors of the food.
The consistency is just right—not too thick, making it easy to brush on while grilling, but thick enough to cling to the meat. I appreciated the ingredient list, which seems to prioritize quality and natural flavors.
Overall, Timberwolves BBQ Sauce is a versatile option for anyone looking to elevate their BBQ experience. I would recommend it to those who enjoy a classic BBQ flavor with a bit of a twist.
I'm from southern Maine so I've only eaten here once, a few years ago, on my way to Presque Isle. The food was good enough that I've kept it on my list to go back. This week a friend of mine was going to the county and asked if I had any food recommendations. Still fondly remembering the burger from long ago, I had no hesitation making the recommendation. A day later he called me from the restaurant to tell me how good it was. Glad to hear the quality has stayed consistent and I can't wait to stop in again! What I remember is great portion sizes and savory meat. Nothing better than a well prepared burger.

The food was heavenly, the burgers and fries were perfectly seasoned (and I would say the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had quite a few) the atmosphere was amazing, the owner/staff were incredibly nice and welcoming and even provided a student discount as we were students at UMPI. I would encourage all students and people in general to come and try the food and enjoy the atmosphere. My lovely girlfriend and I will be returning for sure.

My husband and I ate there for the first time and I have to say as a burger fan, they make the best burger I ever had in the county. Everything was freshly made and the fries were homemade and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant

Ok, fellow reviewers, this one was truly memorable and woyld probably never happen anywhere but in my home State of Maine!
So I was driving approx 3 hours from Presque Isle "the county," (northern Maine) as they say, back to my cousins house in Guilford.. I got gas and when I got back in my car (rental), it would not move, felt like the parking brake was engaged but I couldn't find any parking brake info on the "cockpit like" dash.. I got out and walked a few feet and saw Timberwolves Restaurant. I went in and was immediately told by a nice young man that they were closed..I started to walk out but owner as I soon found out was behind the counter doing some business and said, were you looking for a meal?..I replied yes, and also told him about my rental car issue..he said "we can take care of you, sit down relax, I'll get your Bloody Mary and we'll take a look at your car and get you on your way!!
I ordered an appetizer, and he and I chatted for quite some time!
This man went out of his way to accommodate me, helped me relax, as well he kept his promise and figured out my brake issue, and away I went!!
Thank you Timberwolves staff and owner for your hospitality, kindness and assistance on your day off!
In my book, That's the Epitome of the best customers service you could ask for! ONLY in Maine !!

Title: A Hidden Gem for Vegetarians in Mars Hill!
Review: I was pleasantly surprised by my impromptu stop at this delightful restaurant in Mars Hill. While they don't typically feature vegetarian entrees on their standard menu, the server, Sage, and chef, Mike, were incredibly accommodating. They crafted a delicious vegetarian burger just for me and mentioned they could conjure up vegetarian options upon request with advance notice. The fruit smoothies are a must-try — absolutely refreshing!
As a Buddhist, I was also touched to see Tibetan prayer flags and tasteful depictions of Buddha Siddhartha Gautama around the restaurant, which added a wonderful layer of tranquility to my dining experience. The warm atmosphere combined with the thoughtful service made my visit more than satisfying. This place is a true hidden gem, especially if you appreciate a spot that goes the extra mile to meet dietary needs and fosters a welcoming, respectful environment. If you find yourself in Mars Hill, don't miss out on this charming establishment.
Vegetarian options: They have a veggie burger that the chef will use in all their burger options in stead of beef. And if you call ahead, they will make a vegetarian dish for your visit.
