9/5/25, 12:15PM. The dark haired, unhygienic and slovenly man at the counter needs more training or to go. He is rude and demonstrated poor customer service from start to finish. Restroom is disgusting, and not maintained with supplies. Corporate should pay a visit here. Avoid this location.

I attempted to mobile order from this Dunkin’ and accidentally sent my order to another location. When I pulled up they said that they hadn’t received my order and would make it right away (gratis). I went in and they were fast and courteous. Everyone was very happy with their order. Thank you!!

The coffee is either perfect or terrible.
If you want your coffee right, you should probably make it yourself.
They'll fix it if you ask, but it should just be made right. The tag tells exactly what to do.
It's a clean, small store with a full menu.

They gave me my order after he tried to charge me $25. Plus change and he had given me a discount???. And I said I just ordered it at the window at $18. Plus change. He took off and came back to the window without my card and handed me my food and took off again. I called ther at least 23 times between 7:30 and 8:00 last night and the guy answered and kept saying ya ya ya and hung up then WOULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I have tried this morning and they won't answer the phone.

Service slow, openly bad mouths customers ( makes sure they go out back but talks loud enough for you to hear). Get better staff. Over night baker harrasses my family about money in front of staff and customers
I asked for 1 sugar and they gave me 11. Also extremely slow

Ordered small frozen and regular coffee with two Croissant suffers. Waited 10 mins before we even got the frozen coffee. And another 10 to 12 minutes for food. Got the regular coffee last. Almost spent 30mins here. Down two staff so service is extra slow other then that good staff

I do understand how busy it gets, but the last three times I’ve been to this location I’ve had to wait approximately 15 minutes for my on the go order. I also think hairnets should be mandatory, as I’ve found strands of hair in my sandwiches multiple times.

this is the 2nd time they got my order wrong like today large black and egg and blackforest ham on eng muffin and add backon on it extra and this is what i got 2 backon wraps with sauge egg on a crusont and black coffie at lest they got one thing right the black coffie i recomed that they stop having a mask on so they can get some O2 to there brain to get the orders right
