“My family of five (two toddlers and a baby) went last minute for Easter. They had an amazing buffet with by far the best food I’ve had out to eat. Everyone who works there is so delightful and they go above and beyond to provide the best dinning experience I’ve ever had. I don’t typically go out since I always have the kids but everyone was so welcoming and they loved the kids even with their loud and outgoing personalities. At the end of our dining experience we had to go back out to the car and grab a different card we had forgotten and in the time we were out one of the ladies paid our bill. She said she was blessed to see us all out as a family and our kiddos brought smiles to everyone’s face. I can not recommend this place enough. We had never been here before now but will definitely be visiting again. It was truly by far the best experience I’ve had out with the kids surrounded by the best people who clearly enjoy their work! I hope my review speaks well enough for this place as it truly was perfect in every aspect. “This is the best bar I've been to in a while, thanks to our bartender Tammy and the motel owner Chris! We came in here while staying at the attached motel. It's really the perfect setup- a motel, tavern, and Chinese restaurant are all directly attached to each other. Bar is open til one, Hang Wong is open til 10. It's perfect! They have the TouchTunes here which is super fun. Lots of pool and a lot of space. Several friendly locals and lots of people passing through that have great stories to share. There are a few drafts and they have several bottled beers too. They have a couple TVs, and we saw great live music last night when we went! Side note: the bathroom stall doors don't have locks, so just be on the lookout! Tammy is a fabulous bartender that listened to our hiking tales and told us all about the area. She truly became a friend to us. If you're in Millinocket, this place is a must-stop!”

“The beef and broccoli was delicious. The boneless ribs were dried out. My grandmother really enjoyed the egg drop soup. The staff was very friendly once they came out to see why I was there.”

“We visited Boatman's while camping in the area. Someone recommended it, and it met our expectations. It is a no-frills bar and restaurant that had a decent beer selection and nice appetizers. We really enjoyed the nachos and the wings on "Wing Night", particularly the cajun wings. If you're looking for good, no-frills dining at very reasonable prices, this is your place!”
