My fiancé and I went here for dinner. Having looked at the menu online, I was excited to try one of their entrees that was listed. When we got there, none of the entrees were on the menu. I ended up getting the kids’ chicken tenders and fries, along with an appetizer of mozzarella sticks. The sticks were okay, but the marinara sauce came straight from the refrigerator…cold. My chicken tenders were so thin, that they were basically just batter and the fries were too salty to eat. The one good thing is that we had a sweet waitress who was friendly and attentive.

I wish I could tell you what this is.. it's not good for sure. It's dirty, sparse and unfriendly. We opted to just get a beer. They handle raw chicken with raw hands. I was in awe of the violations. Standing water on the floor. We were seated outside the kitchen and our original seats were broken. Just really not good. I would recommend anywhere else ..

Stopped in on our way out of Baxter Park to confirm closing times. We came back after showering and arrived an hour prior to closing. We were refused service by waitress saying she closed the open air seating after "no customers in 2 hours". We had just been there a little over an hours ago when customers were dining so that was a lie. If we hadn't just confirmed operating hours I would let this pass but this was just wrong.

We visited Boatman's while camping in the area. Someone recommended it, and it met our expectations. It is a no-frills bar and restaurant that had a decent beer selection and nice appetizers. We really enjoyed the nachos and the wings on "Wing Night", particularly the cajun wings. If you're looking for good, no-frills dining at very reasonable prices, this is your place!

Lured by the online menu, which was apparently from pre-pandemic times, we were disappointed by the limited offerings (burgers, pizzas, and mac and cheese) that were on the actual menu. Large servings of passable pub fare, nothing more. The one server did her best to take care of everyone.

This was a concert… first time being here… the staff was incredible, loved the fire…the food was sooo delicious!! We danced the night away?

Food was terrific, and we stayed late for the karaoke which was a lot of fun. Staff was really friendly and attentive. All in all a great experience.
