Beautiful scenery wonderful weather excellent food. The pop over pot pie was delicious as well as our drinks, the blueberry Mojito, and others were really good. Our server, Lucky, was excellent and adorable. We enjoyed it immensely and look forward to coming back someday.

Opentable Diner

Overpriced! The tea and soda were watered down. I got a $27 bowl of lobster bisque that looked to be the same size as the cup of soup my son got. The menu was extremely limited compared to the one I had found online with just popovers, 2 salads, 3 soups, and 3 sandwiches to choose from and nothing else. It was also FREEZING COLD in the restaurant on a chilly fall day. I'd recommend getting lunch in town and bringing it into the park. This was a letdown.

It took a month to get in and it was worth it. I had frequented the pond house when I was young (35 yrs ago) and I had been wanting to get back. It was as good as I remember. Staff got us in earlier than our reservation time, waitstaff were friendly and welcoming and the popovers and jam are the best I've had! Definitely worth the visit/experience.

Popovers with a View!”
Had an amazing time at Jordan Pond House! The sunny fall weather made the perfect backdrop for enjoying their famous popovers and tea. The views of Jordan Pond are breathtaking, and the food is just as good. Don’t miss out on this place!

Jordan pond house in the fall is a slice of heaven. The popovers are as good as everyone says, and the tea was a perfect match. Add in the sunny weather and breathtaking views as the fall colors absorb the bubbles, and you’ve got the perfect Acadia experience.

Everything was amazing, but I'm not gonna lie. I'd rather go for their other menu items before the pop over. They were great, but they've got a lot more on their menu than just that.

Parking: Same as a lot of the parking around the park. If you don't get there when something is available, it will be hard to find anything. There are plenty of spots, but it depends on just how busy it is that day.

Cute stop. We only did coffee, popovers, ice cream, and tea. I believe many people enjoy the lunch. It was crowded but the wait went quickly. The pond is gorgeous. I felt the prices for popover and tea were a bit high considering dishes and presentation.

Definitely make reservations ahead of time online if you have an idea of when you'll be visiting. We were able to skip past a huge line. Some of the menu items were unavailable, which is not usually a problem, except we weren't told about this until after we'd decided what we wanted to order. It was really busy. My salad came out with no dressing. I asked for some but our server never made it back to us. Every one was super nice though- just a lot going on. I can imagine how stressful it can be. Did I mention how busy it was? The atmosphere and views were fantastic. Definitely try the popovers and save room for the popover sundae.

Parking: Very grateful we took the shuttle. I would have gotten quickly frustrated trying to find a parking spot.

The atmosphere and service was very good. The views from the house are exquisite. Nothing bad to say about those and I would recommend this place for those reasons. However if you're looking for a meal to give you fuel for a hike, I would go elsewhere. Their food is delicious however the portions are small, at least for the stews. I ordered the lobster stew and got maybe 8 small pieces of lobster in the bowl size(Larger of the two). My girlfriend ordered the Market stew in the cup size and got much more quantity food than I did, even though I ordered the larger size. A little disappointing.

Parking: If you want to guarantee parking, get there early, otherwise you will be driving around looking for parking.

The walk in wait was about 45 minutes on a Saturday, no worse than we expected. The popovers with tea and the lobster stew were worth the wait. The view is amazing. They have a very nice gift shop as well. Worth the visit.

Our popovers were delivered to us without the tea, and by the time we got our tea, they were cold. We also asked for more jam, but didn't get it in a timely manner

Food was fair. View of Acadia was great! Overpriced for what you get but it's what you expect from a tourist spot.

Lovely, delicious but seating inside was freezing!

Smoked salmon was awesome, I recommend getting the salad as the side, originally I had chips, but the sald stepped up the sandwich because with the chips alone it was a bit oily overall.

Hot tea and popovers really hit the spot since it was chilly.

Make a reservation in advance! It can get very busy and open parking was difficult to find.

The paninis were very tasty. I would recommend making a reservation. When we arrived, there was a wait of almost 2 hrs. The popovers were delicious.

Vegetarian options: The caprese panini was very tasty!! Would recommend. Also, the popovers were fresh and tasty.
