Super friendly. And to be honest the greatest egg salad sandwich I have ever had. The pickled green beans on it were delicious! The chocolate chip cookie with sea salt was a great treat after hiking in acadia.

Wife and I went here for breakfast. It had been recommended to us.
Very disappointed. Breakfast sandwich and home fries both overcooked. Wife got the breakfast salad. It was ok. Coffee was good.

Highly recommend the “chicken schnitzel” - a tasty lightly breaded chicken.

Lovely outdoor dining as well.

I love this place so much that I’m sitting here thinking about it from 450 miles away. From the day they opened we have loved this cafe but we loved Eliza’s food even longer. Eliza made our wedding cake 12 years ago, and people still talk about it to this day. The baked good are amazing, the food is spectacular, they are vegetarian friendly, and the iced tea is something I wake up thinking about. Do yourself a favor and get away from the crowds of Bar Harbor and head to the tranquility of Northeast Harbor and the delicious food of Milk & Honey.

A charming little place with smiling and nice service, but the food was not that tasty to me.

Very good for breakfast. Good coffee, homemade scones, muffins etc. Very tasty and not as sweet as usual. Super delicious, homemade muesli. Friendly staff. Only the music was a little too loud.

Takes forever to make a sandwich. Too expensive for the food offered.

Great sandwiches! Perfect spot for lunch on a day exploring Acadia National Park. About a 10 minute drive from Acadia. Beware their kitchen shuts down at 2PM so you can only get bakery items and drinks from 2-4. Excellent service, indoor and outdoor seating available. We enjoyed the bahn mi sandwich and the Italian meatball sub. Both were delicious!
