I went to the brewery in new Gloucester had a pizza. It was kind of gross, but I ate it half of it. It was undercooked. The dough was like raw. The bartender was more concerned with everybody but me including other employees on telephones. I don’t recommend this place, but the beer was kind of good.

I haven't tried this place yet but by looking at a photo of a pepperoni pizza i don't think I will try!! A pepperoni pizza, especially a large, should not have 2 slices on each slice of pizza. And with the prices today that pepperoni pizza should be loaded with pepperoni.

Food is decent and would typically rate this a 4-5 star experience.

Unfortunately, what brought me out to the review board was an abysmal customer service experience.

Directly after our reasonably good restaurant and disc golf experience, I got a phone call from one of the staff telling me that a disc was brought in from the 9 hole course they maintain on premise with my name and number on it. I had left it on the course after playing. I thanked them for calling me and said I’d be by in a day or two to retrieve it.

When I showed up to get the item they called me to tell me about, they acted like I was completely out of line for bothering them with the hassle. Rude and unapologetic is how I would describe them. There must be poor coordination and communication between staff to “lose” my disc after calling to tell me they were holding it for me

We have enjoyed Brickyard Hollow many times at other locations. Went in for lunch today. It was pretty slow at first but became busier as we sat and waited and waited for our 3 small pizzas. We watched other tables come and go and our server never came back with our food or to check on us. Over and hour after I ordered I went to the hostess and asked for the check for our drinks. She found our waitress who seemed confused and didn't even know what we ordered. Needless to say we left hungry. Disappointed for sure.

Service was horrible waited 20 mins to ask what drinks we wanted while watching the 4 bartenders/servers talk and giggle with the one person they had at the bar bathrooms were disgusting . We got our food at about the 40 min mark and had to wait another 20 mins for silverware . place is a big social fest were the workers would rather chat with each other then work. Would not recommend. Also don't think it's appropriate for the server to sit at our table and take our order while clearly being sick and coughing .

Reviewing for their food truck service— I hired Brickyard Hollow for my wedding of 100 people, and everything went very smoothly. The food was great & abundant, and Kaila & Emily were both very easy to get ahold of/quick to answer any questions. Highly recommend!

Buffalo chicken sandwich was really good.
If you're going to charge for soda refills you should make your price a little more reasonable and by all means your servers should be telling us that they aren't free refills. Our party of 9 came to your establishment because you had an outside area with cornhole unfortunately the lighting out there after dusk is terrible so we weren't able to play. Also you might want to take a look at those boards as one set the finish is rough wood and the other set is pretty beat up. It wouldn't take much to put a coat poly on them so they were playable. Small details but things that will help people decide where they are coming back for another visit.

My whole family really enjoys this great addition to the New Gloucester area! We love the "Kids Eat Free" Tuesdays and monthly pizza flavor specials. Really like their updated menu, too. There's plenty of seating and a great outdoor area with lawn games. The bar and wait staff are always very friendly, especially Jen and Kylie! This place is a monthly staple for us — definitely worth a try.

Brickyard is the absolute best!!
I got married this past weekend at a venue near their New Gloucester location, and we called them the day before to see if there was any chance that we could place a large order of pizzas for our post-reception after party.
Not only did they make 10 delicious pizzas for us from their unique menu, they were also brought to us thanks to their amazing manager Jen who was willing to go out of her way and drove the order to our location after closing down for the night.
I can’t recommend this business enough - both for their delicious food as well as their amazing service!!

Brickyard Hollow (the New Gloucester location) went above and beyond for our wedding after party pizza and we could not be happier!!!! We were in a pinch trying to find somewhere local to deliver quality pizza for our after party late night meal in Poland, ME and Brickyard was phenomenal!! They offered to deliver the pizzas at the end of our reception after their normal business hours and the pizza was amazing!!! We received so many compliments on the quality and taste of the pizza and the customer service was stellar!!! 10/10 recommend and will definitely be back for quality za and quality vibes with quality people next time we are back in the area!!

Love the food here, but the parking lot is always packed and there's always a line waiting to be seated when I just want to pick up my already paid for order

Stopped in to play some cornhole. Check in with the host and was told to grab a beverage at the bar and make our way out to the corn hole area outside. I went to the bar to grab a drink and was then approached by one of the servers at the bar and aggressively told to go to the cornhole area and someone serve us there.

I was just doing what I was instructed with that hostess and was treated terribly.

I will not be back. Which is too bad.
