I ordered the specialty pizza with peaches and goat cheese.
The picture on line was very misleading.
It showed large slices of peaches.
What is got was tiny diced peaches.
And not very many. I was very disappointed.
The crust was good but for what I got I felt overcharged and misled.

I have to say eating at the Gray restaurant, downhill each time. Tonight was the worst. Hamburgers were thin as cardboard. Tasted more salt than the meat! Never again!

Waited over 30 minutes for a table. We were told 15 and there was plenty of seating available inside. Finally got seated and was then ignored by the staff. We walked out after another 10 minutes of waiting. Place was way understaffed and apparently no manager on duty as it was being run by high school kids.

The food is always on point from pizza to burgers and wings, the staff is always extremely polite and helpful. This is my regular spot on the weekends couldn’t recommend it more 🤘🏻

I was greeted by the host very nicely and I had a seat at bar and Taylor the bartender greeted me fast had a smile on her face. I got a Coffee Stout beer which I highly recommend.

Had an amazing night. Went on Thursday to enjoy their trivia night for the first time and it was wonderful! The host of trivia was extremely nice all while enjoying exceptional food and service.

Excellent service and amazing food. We had a great time and enjoyed or environment of live music and lovely waiter. We ordered the Maple Bacon Burger and it was amazing and has a very unique combination of food. 10/10 would recommend and plan on going back ASAP

when I was here on Monday for my first time in Maine I was welcomed and given great conversation at the bar. The bartender made a really great lemon drop martini - it was only $5!!

I've tried so hard to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but after several tries I am very disappointed. I just went in on a Sunday afternoon, and while the bar was empty, not a single spot had been bussed. It was just a pile of dirty dishes up on the bar. A staff member came over, didn't acknowledge my presence, looked at the pile of dishes, and simply walked away. I have also gotten sick from eating a burger here on a Monday night. Cleanliness and service are very sub par.

I went to the brewery in new Gloucester had a pizza. It was kind of gross, but I ate it half of it. It was undercooked. The dough was like raw. The bartender was more concerned with everybody but me including other employees on telephones. I don’t recommend this place, but the beer was kind of good.

I haven't tried this place yet but by looking at a photo of a pepperoni pizza i don't think I will try!! A pepperoni pizza, especially a large, should not have 2 slices on each slice of pizza. And with the prices today that pepperoni pizza should be loaded with pepperoni.

Food is decent and would typically rate this a 4-5 star experience.

Unfortunately, what brought me out to the review board was an abysmal customer service experience.

Directly after our reasonably good restaurant and disc golf experience, I got a phone call from one of the staff telling me that a disc was brought in from the 9 hole course they maintain on premise with my name and number on it. I had left it on the course after playing. I thanked them for calling me and said I’d be by in a day or two to retrieve it.

When I showed up to get the item they called me to tell me about, they acted like I was completely out of line for bothering them with the hassle. Rude and unapologetic is how I would describe them. There must be poor coordination and communication between staff to “lose” my disc after calling to tell me they were holding it for me

We have enjoyed Brickyard Hollow many times at other locations. Went in for lunch today. It was pretty slow at first but became busier as we sat and waited and waited for our 3 small pizzas. We watched other tables come and go and our server never came back with our food or to check on us. Over and hour after I ordered I went to the hostess and asked for the check for our drinks. She found our waitress who seemed confused and didn't even know what we ordered. Needless to say we left hungry. Disappointed for sure.
