We love coming here! The food is great and so is the beer! If you don’t like beer they have a full bar and their cocktails are always so good! Don’t drink?? They have Mocktails on their menu too! This place was a staple for us before our daughter was born and now we love taking her here as well! She loves the atmosphere, especially all the beautiful lights! Jen always makes sure to say hi to us when we come in even when she isn’t our waitress. This place feels like family.Vegetarian options: Multiple optionsParking: There is a main paved parking lot and tons more parking in the back dirt lot as well.Kid-friendliness: We love taking our baby daughter here and there are always other families enjoying dinner together!

We stopped in New Gloucester on Sunday around 12:30 to grab a quick bite and to check out their peanut butter stout. I was hoping to add a can of it to my 4 pack, but unfortunately, they're not able to offer it in cans at this time. I did try a sample, it was very nice.We ordered the brisket tacos and drunken tots. Sounds lovely, doesn't it? Sadly, it wasn't. The tots had minimal beer cheese and shredded cheese just in the middle. The poor outer tots were dry and neglected looking. Beer cheese? That's a bit of an embellishment. I would say more "essence " of beer cheese? Wasn't a fan.So on to the brisket tacos!! It's brisket! In a taco. With slaw. How can you go wrong? Well they did. Aggressively so. The flavor was good with a nice smokiness. But it was dry. DRY BRISKET!! Brisket is, by all accounts, wonderful and juicy. I was disappointed.I would have mentioned it to our server/cashier if at any point he had come to ask even the minimalistic "how's everything so far?", but he never did. One of the disadvantages of paying when you order at the counter and before you're served, I suppose.I did mention to him when I went to grab rings for my build your own 4 pack that while the flavor was nice, it was all soooo dry. Looking annoyed, he told us it's their most ordered item. I bet him that if it's that dry all the time, it's probably their least re-ordered one.I won't go back. Even if I do like my beers.Parking: Not a lot of spaces dedicated to this business.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, since people were there with theirs, but no children's menu.

I have to say I am a certified pizza snob. I didn't have high expectations going to Brickyard, but was pleasantly surprised by a very hot thin crust well cooked pizza. My dining companions also had pizzas and all of them looked great. We did have a couple of appetizers the bacon cheese fries were a bit too greasy for me, but the pretzel sticks were really good, I paired my pizza with a Pub Ale, a nice compliment to a pizza without a lot of alcoholic punch. The only blip in the road was service, and I think it was more about one waitress for a fairly crowded dining room on a Monday night, as opposed to lack of ability. Overall, it was a good experience and will definitely be trying the Portland location soon

We went for dinner at Brickyard Hollow on a Friday night night. They had a man playing country music on guitar that was pretty good. The place was busy, but we got seated pretty quick. The menu is mainly pub grub. I had a Greek salad and extra crispy wings and my husband had a burger. The salad veggies were fresh, but the feta smelled strong like it may have been around a bit longer. The Greek dressing with the salad was more like a raspberry vinaigrette. I would have liked a real Greek dressing more, but this one seemed to be homemade. The wings were good, but they were playing with just some Thai chili sauce. Dumped on them. Without the sauce, they were lacking flavor and the Thai chili sauce was just bottled stuff. My husband really liked his burger. We would be back again when in the area, but wouldn't search it out, although not many options in New Gloucester.

Good beer, great service - especially from Liz. Pizza specials are delicious, BYOB burger and Bahn Mi Bowl are favorites.

If you haven’t tried this place you really need to. Especially when Jimmy is in the kitchen. You can taste the love and passion he puts into every dish. The mashed potato pizza I never thought would be good, but it’s been my favorite so far. Keep killing
