Excellent menu. The food was so fresh. I had the buffalo burger which is breaded chicken with blue cheese, slaw, buffalo sauce and a pillowy bun. It was so easy to eat and every bite was packed with flavor. Cocktail menu is solid and as good as any you would get at a well- regarded bar in Brooklyn or LA. What a pleasant surprise in Windham, ME. I highly recommend Toasted Barrel.

The food was delicious- the flavor profiles were on point with a clear emphasis on freshness + quality. The staff was friendly and helpful. The environment was great! It’s an open dining area but the acoustics are comfortable and I was not overstimulated by the noise of other diners. One of the better overall dining experiences we’ve had in a while.
