My husband and I have driven 2 hours from our home to Shuck Station for the oysters, the chowder, the fries, and the vibes on four separate occasions now. Highly recommend on a warm day!
I recommend the Manhattan cocktail made with the local bourbon. I also really enjoyed the Bahn Mi sandwich. The fries were exceptionally good. \n\nIf it rains there’s no indoor seating so visit on a nice day.
This is THE go to place to enjoy the variety of oysters of Damariscotta Maine. They are as fresh as can be and they have a great assortment of beer, wine and cocktails to wash them down. All their seafood offerings are delicious. They make great french fries too! A casual spot with outdoor tables, they can be super busy and don’t take reservations. Be prepared to wait, especially on the weekends. Service is friendly and knowledgeable but can be a little slow due to how busy...
