Just love watching girl cutting pizzas reach into box touching the pizza to pull apart pieces so she could put in a plastic cup of something in the corner. Thankfully it wasn't mine. But, who knows if she touched ours too with her bare hands. Yuck. Pizzas not cut through. Crust tough.

Absolutely disgusting! Service is horrible the staff was talking about me. Over priced for greasy nasty pizza that wasn’t even cut through! And if you want Parmesan cheese on your pizza (you know the condiment on the table of most pizza places) they charge you. Do yourself a favor and do go to this establishment!!!!
Note the response of the owner- shows how awful the customer service really is. When a customer has an issue at an establishment the owners response shouldn’t be the below. If a customer says they felt like they were being talking about, an apology is what should happen! A few plates on a table isn’t trash all over and I wasn’t rude until I got dirty looks from the OWNER for asking for Parmesan cheese. The cup of cheese I was offered wasn’t even a teaspoon worth, ridiculous!

I called for a pizza and when I called I simply asked for a pepperoni pizza with green peppers and onions, it took them forever when I asked what the price would be, and then I went in to get my pizza the environment was terrible the boss was just constantly yelling at people and being rude. Then when I got my pizza and payed for it and took it home it was undercooked and wasn’t even the right pizza.

This place is TERRIBLE TO THEIR EMPLOYEES!!! Just Opened!! Should PERMANENTLY CLOSE!! Pizza Hut is right next door.. Go there Instead or order elsewhere.. The LADY OWNER there is RUDE.. SHES BOSSY.. SHES A THIEF AND STEALS ALL TIPS From HER EMPLOYEES.. & SHES NASTY DIRTY.. Avoid This place Like the Plague.. All I gotta say is if U can't be organized and Polite and be about the customers then U should NEVER EVER EVER WORK WITH PPL OR RUN A BUSINESS!!

New owners again. Ordered a thin crust pizza with green pepper and black olives. Had a very difficult time ordering. The girl wanted to know if we wanted cheese and sauce. Pizza was undercooked, extremely greasy and had very few toppings. Hope they improve with time.

Food is decent, typical Maine house of pizza food, definitely not Boston pizza, but for the area, the best around. Pizza hut is in front on main road, and it's disgusting. FAMILY HOUSE OF PIZZA has super Staff. Okay ingredients and is decently made. I did order a sandwich w pizza cheese heated and the cheese (and meat) were still cold after "toasting" That is something the staff should have seen. Unmelted pizza cheese is kind of obvious. The ham is typical cheap boiled ham. The restaurant seating area has zero atmosphere, but it's a counter more take out place than a sit in place...so that is normal. In the area, it is probably the best choice for edible food. Newport has a lot of SUMMER traffic (Moosehead Lake) but can't hold a decent restaurant year round. Too bad as I certainly would like to see a nicer restaurant in town. You can't usually go wrong w pizza here (unlike Pizza Hut...run from Pizza Hut here). So yeah If you can't wait until Bangor or Augusta...this is one of like two stops for edible food in Newport.
Parking: The restaurant is located in a mall BEHIND PIZZA HUT, next door to Hannaford, you MUST drive out behind one or the other to get to it.

The mozzarella sticks I ordered were obviously the first thing they made on the order, and then they say and got cold when it finally time to serve the pizza my brother ordered.

Place was great people were great food was priced fairly but didn't care for the calzone we got the veggies were not cooked so raw veggies in cooked zone equales condensation and water soggy gross got to dry the veggies then cook its a process but for 30.00 think someone would do this by knw means am I saying this place sucks because I had one bad experience. I have had other food from here that was on point but never gonna be on triple D any time soon. Guy
