This IHOP location is known for its friendly and attentive staff, with several reviews highlighting outstanding customer service. One waitress, Arianna, received praise for going above and beyond, providing pleasant and exceptional service that left a strong impression. Another server was appreciated for being kind and welcoming, especially to older customers, and for offering suggestions on new items to try. Despite occasional staffing challenges, the staff consistently serve accurately, quickly, and with positive attitudes, even when busy or understaffed. The restaurant is also recognized for its clean environment and good food quality, earning high praise from first-time visitors who compared it favorably to other locations. The menu mainly features pancakes and pancake/protein plate combos, which many enjoy, though some mention that other dishes like poached eggs may not meet expectations. Travelers, including those in RVs or trucks, find this IHOP convenient for parking and recommend it for its friendly service and reliable food. Overall, it’s a location where customers feel welcomed and well taken care of.
