This is a wonderful food truck that offered all the tastes of the big e that was safe for my family with celiac. The food was so good and my husband who does not eaten gluten free said it was better then anything he ate all day.
I came across this wonderful food truck at the Big E. To my surprise it was all gluten free. I can't even express to you how this made my day at the fair.
The doughnut sandwich was amazing.The doughnut was so good I wished I had grabbed a couple to bring home because when I went back they were all sold out , not surprising. And they had deep fried oreos, soooo good! Please come back next year.I will definitely be looking for you.

Dietary restrictions: Totally gluten free food truck. Safe for celiac. Do you know how amazing this is for people who need to avoid gluten while being surrounded by all kind of “fair food” that you cannot have. Tripps food truck was at the Big E behind the Maine building and their food and options were amazing. Even had deep fried Oreos and Twinkie’s on the menu.
