Honor system pay. Roadside stand, great treats!*

This is an unoccupied roadside stand with fresh various pastries and full pies! The stand is by your honor only. There is a price list and whatever you get, you either put the cash in a metal bin that looks like an old milk can or if you don't have the cash they take venmo. Definitely something you rarely see these days! Absolutely worth the trip and stop!

Delicious! Cash payment was super easy using the large metal container on the opposite side of the driveway.
The baked goods were so, so yummy. We bought 2 maple cream cookies and a chocolate whoopie pie. 5 stars - so good!
Tip - when driving north on the route - slow down early. Parking is road side.

This roadside bakery stand has wonderful freshly baked pies (apple and blueberry when I was there), maple cream cookies, whoopie pies, and jarred jams. The baked goods roll out regularly throughout the day, so what is there in the morning may be different than what there is later in the day. The pies are 2-crust or crumb top; it's luck of the draw and part of the fun to see what's on offer when you go past.
My family has been fans of this place for years when we go up to Bethel, Maine in the summer. The bakery is on the way to Grafton Notch State Park, so we like to grab some cookies or whoopie pies on the way up and snack on them while at the park. We also grab a pie and/or more cookies on the way down if there are any available when we go past.
Payment is by cash deposited in a tree stump box or by Venmo.

While visiting the area we drove past this cute roadside pie stand and just had to give it a try. After being in Maine for almost a week I still had not found a great blueberry dessert.
Well this is no longer the case.
I just finished my first slice of the best blueberry pie ever. It doesn't get any better than this. Perfect crust made with Maine blueberries with just the right amount of sweetness. If you are in the area you must try something from this wonderful bakery.

We happened upon this road-side stand on 'accident' as we added a stop to our day that took us right past. Everything looked so good that without even looking on google we got one of everything, a whoopie pie, maple cream cookie, an apple blueberry pie, and blueberry jam. Oh my God, the maple cookie was probably our favorite but we have no regrets having tried all of it, except that we'll probably never make it back (we don't live anywhere close) and have to dream about it forever!

This is a little stand off the side of route 26. She has the best pies, the best Maple cookies and great jams!! Unfortunately, if you're not quick enough, she does run out of pies & etc, fast! Great little honor system stop. They also take Venmo. Love it!!

I got this joint recommended by some locals and drove way out of my way to get here. Best blueberry pie I've ever had. And it was somehow dairy free?!
Bought some tasty jams too.
The staff is amazing and super friendly. Absolutely worth the drive.
