I don't understand the reviews on this dunkin' donuts, I simply don't. Me and my family just stopped by and it's severely underrated. The staff was faster than any Dunkin donuts I've ever seen, and it was cleaner too. the food was great as per usual Dunkin donuts. I simply think that this was one of the most underrated dunkin' donuts in the entire state of Maine I kid you not... And after having such a great experience I have rated it 5 stars the...
Food is fine, coffee is fine, but service can be disappointing. They are not that friendly. I get it, they probably do not love their job, but they could improve their friendliness. If you are looking for cheaper prices and better service, go to Aroma Joes in Newport.
Two years I've been going to Dunkin Donuts in the Somerset area. Unfortunately not all have been worth going back due to a number of negative experiences but this Dunkins has always, literally ALWAYS made the perfect ice coffee served with a good attitude. So, I would say after two years it's safe to give them five stars.
