Two years I've been going to Dunkin Donuts in the Somerset area. Unfortunately not all have been worth going back due to a number of negative experiences but this Dunkins has always, literally ALWAYS made the perfect ice coffee served with a good attitude. So, I would say after two years it's safe to give them five stars.
Training an employee on the register while I waited at the window just for them to hand me my order, which sat there quite awhile until I had to ask for it. Customer service first, then training when it's not as busy.
Dietary restrictions: They offer cow milk substitutes (oat, almond, etc.) at an additional price.
Parking: Kinda silly to have a couple of spaces right after the drive-thru. Only the owner parks there anyway.

Great people, I'm in a wheelchair and a young man that works in Madison store see's me coming and runs to the doors to open them, and even remembers what I getto order. Good job.Thank you. You should have more employees like that.Thank you. ???
