My mom took her granddaughters (12 and 3) there yesterday for a weekly Kayla ice cream cone. After paying $9, she was given two bowls of vanilla ice cream, supposedly lemon and kiwi flavored…they were plain vanilla. When she explained to the girl what the problem was, she had no solution but a blank stare. Unacceptable.
Best peanut butter ice cream around...and the cheeseburgers 🤤so good!
I had a cone of soft serve. It was very decent. I've certainly had worse.

Frederick's Dar-I-Whip is a quaint spot with friendly service. The ice cream, including Kayla cones, is creamy and delicious. Despite a mix-up with flavors, the quality is top-notch. The onion rings are hot and freshly made. With a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service, this is a place worth visiting again for a tasty treat.
