3 employees working. 1 making a drink while the other 2 walked back & forth talking about a frozen product. No one even acknowledged that I was standing at the counter. That makes me very upset. If 1 of the 3 employees had just said hi or welcome, or someone will be right with you. I would not be writing this right now. I am so tired of the rudeness of staff and this was the last Dunkin location I patronized in our area.
At 7:30 AM they were out of everything bagels. The coffee tasted like it sat all night.
I don't understand the reviews on this dunkin' donuts, I simply don't. Me and my family just stopped by and it's severely underrated. The staff was faster than any Dunkin donuts I've ever seen, and it was cleaner too. the food was great as per usual Dunkin donuts. I simply think that this was one of the most underrated dunkin' donuts in the entire state of Maine I kid you not... And after having such a great experience I have rated it 5 stars the rating that it should have gotten.
