If this is the one on the main road in skowhegan Maine then the employees that work here most don't care about speed or service much sorry if I had offended anyone but every time I go in there they mess up my order or take 10-15 mins to get my order and then the next order would be done before mine even at 3 cups and the next will have 4-8 so I will not give a good review untill things start to change I am if nothing quite nice to all there in so me and mine should be too
Just about a waste of time. Half of the staff just couldn't seem to do their jobs. Waited 15 minutes just for our 3 drink and 2 doughnut order to be wrong. Go to the Dunkin downtown for a better experience.

We ordered two medium coffees. Not the problem. The wait time in the line is. We do understand that people ahead of us may have ordered a ton of items… again not the problem. The problem is, the staff, not in a personal sense, but as it pertains to their job. Training is lacking, there were no smiles, no greeting of hello or hi or anything.
