“Allards makes the best calzones ever! Every time we have gotten them, they are by far superior than any place else. Always fully loaded with tasty ingredients! We don’t do take out often but when we do it’s allards! Anyways! Last night we got an order for delivery. Usually the hubby orders it but he was still driving home so he had me order it. I’m thinking it may have been poor reception on my part but everything in our order was once again perfect except one calzone... mine. Well by the time we got the food in the house and looked it over and I had realized the mistake, the store was closed for the night. I couldn’t eat mine because it had an item I was allergic to. I had ordered it without but didn’t specify my allergy like the hubby usually does so it was definitely my bad there. So I called the next morning and explained what had happened and asked if I could exchange the wrong one for a correct one. As a good business does, they apologized and made it right 100%. Even told me to keep the other one which the kids will love for leftovers! I appreciated the respectful conversation and whomever I spoke with was completely awesome! If you were the owner, you are fabulous! If it was an employee, you deserve a bonus!!!! I will continue recommending allards and definitely plan on letting everyone I know what a pleasure it is getting takeout/delivery from the best place around!!! Five stars all the way!”

“We are staying in Kittery Point, ME and I was looking for a fun sandwich shop near by. I'm glad the site thought that 15 miles away was "close by". We drove to North Berwick to NoBo. Got there in time to get lunch. (they close at 2:00). Had a Sinatra, with extra hot pepper relish. One of the best Italian subs ever!! Soft sub roll, lots of meats and cheese, with fresh shredded lettuce, tomatoes and dressing. Grabbed a bag of Mesquite BBQ chips and a cold beer. Oh my!! So, so good. The owner is so nice. They now serve breakfast too!! Full-on breakfast!! And, they make their own hash and have sausage gravy and biscuits. Wish we lived closer. We're from DC!1 The place is quaint and homey. GO IF YOU CAN!!!”

“I have a Dunkin donuts 2 mi from me and one 3 mi from me. I drive 10 mi specifically for this one. I love it there. But unfortunately what I don't love is that I've been manager at dunkin' donuts. I've been shift leader. I've been assistant manager. And yet you won't hire me as just a crew member. I don't get it. Guests we'll never know”

“This is a pretty popular place for breakfast I have been here numerous times and I have always had plenty of food the omelettes are very big and very good I always end up taking half of it home. They have the best sour dough bread. The waitstaff are always accommodating and the prices are very reasonable. It's definitely where the local yolks (folks) gather.”
