I have come here for many years. Idk What happened to this subway? About 2 weeks ago, I ordered a tuna sandwich. It was terrible. Barely any tuna or veggies on it. In my whole life, i have never had any issue with Subway. This was my first time and will be my last . I will never come back to this subway again.
If i could give 0 stars i would. I went to subway today for lunch after it had reopened. When i first opened my sandwich i found a massive black hair in my sandwich covered in the sauce and toppings so it wasnt my hair... after tearing apart the other half and deaming it safe to eat (i was starving and back at work) two bites in and all i could taste was chemicals. I dont know if while cleaning something was sprayed on the food or if containers arent rinsed properly but this was just awful!
When I was going going in past time that time food service was no good but I think staff are changed and right now all Chang and thay gave me good food and good service

I had the pleasure of dining at SUBWAY and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. As for the food, it was absolutely phenomenalâeach dish was beautifully presented and packed with incredible flavors. I highly recommend the chicken bacon ranch. itâs hands down one of the best things Iâve ever tasted! You can tell that the ingredients are fresh, and the chef puts a lot of care into every meal. Whether youâre looking for a cozy dinner or a place to celebrate a special occasion, SUBWAY is definitely the place to go! Canât wait to return.

I recently visited Subway. Let me start by saying: What happened to Subway? I ordered a chicken salad flatbread sandwich. First, there was barely any chicken salad on it and second it cost me $8.40 for a generic sandwich. I could buy my own fix ins at the grocery store for same or less than what it cost. I have to say I havenât been to Subway in awhile and I was very disappointed.
Iâve heard from other people they have gone âdown hillâ and are very expensive. I will not be going back there ever again. Donât waste your money!!!

WORST PLACE TO EAT IN NORTH BERWICK.
Went here to grab a bite to eat after a very long day at work, arrived at 7pm and the place was already shutting down before its close time which was 8pm. This seems to happen VERY often.
The young girl at the counter with NOSE piercing was EXTREMELY rude and acted as if she did not want or care about our business.
THERE WAS LESS THAN HALF OF THE INGREDIENTS AVAILABLE TO MAKE MY SUB. THE LINE WAS BASICALLY EMPTY!
I ended up having to leave and figure out somewhere else to eat for the night. More so because of her attitude.
This location seems to always have this same issue. I am DEFINITELY NOT going back to this subway again. I have never been to a subway like this before. Very unprofessional. They need a MANAGER on site to manage these kids they hire.

I ordered and paid for a 6" Turkey Cali Club with extra Avocado. I picked up my sub. When I got back to work, there was no Avocado and no mozzarella. They did not add anything to make up for the missing ingredients, nor did I get refunded any money. I did not receive a phone call or text explaining the missing ingredients. Disappointing.
