Having traveled to over 100 countries, including living and studying in Vietnam, I’m now settled back in Central Maine for work. I don’t tend to eat out much—I generally prefer to cook for myself, as I haven’t found many places around here that really interest me. Pho Appetite is a very happy exception.
I’m so glad I found this place. It’s become my go-to when I want a good, fast, and healthy dinner but don’t have time to cook.

Consistently the best Pho in Central Maine! Great offerings! Wonderful, friendly people! Excellent food - authentic! I have to get my weekly fix! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
