We stopped by this place to see if they had any ice cream that didn’t contain coconut, including coconut oil, since I am very allergic. The employees immediately called the manager, who makes the ice cream, and confirmed which flavors were safe for me. They also washed the spoon to avoid any cross contamination. Great Ice Cream here its all fantastic can be loud since there is Palace Playland a ton of people and the train right by it but its not that bad but the real reason this isn't getting 5 stars is because of the line system many of the people who went there at the same time as us were complaining about the line design there is a order and pickup section but the order section is in front of the door now that sounds normal until you release how many people will end up there and...
This is my absolute favorite ice cream shop that I have ever been to! They have many unique flavors ranging from Cookie Monster to Maine wild blueberry. It's a little pricey but definitely worth it. The service is great and the staff are nice. They offer an outdoor dining area which has a great view of the amusement park across the street. They also offer a wide variety of Big Licks merchandise/souvenirs. I would highly recommend stopping here if you are in the area.
