This is the place to eat in the area or to go . The food is outstanding. Take it from a chef. The people are caring and This is definitely hidden gem get your food to go and enjoy it under the stars are quick lunch. The food is absolutely incredible. I am a chef. I just wanna say that when I first got there I got the soup and the soup was incredible. The coconut soup but then I ordered the drunken noodles. The noodles were great. The meat was uneditable. Everything else was perfect. Took two bites had to spit out the meat and pull all the meat out of the dish. I regret ever ordering the beef drunken noodles because the beef was horrible. I should’ve asked her what was the freshest most tender meat, but drunken noodles, the drunken noodles actually from Singapore that I have had taste best with beef in Singapore and the restaurants amazing. The food is good. Something was wrong with the beef on this specific day and $18 is a lot of money to spend on a dish with the beef very chewy and unedible so we paid $18 for just noodles was bad and that’s why I have to mark this three stars otherwise it would’ve been five stars a

I can only comment on the pad thai as that is all I ordered. I'm a huge fan of pad thai, and I was in the area so I figured I'd try it. I've had pad thai at from many restaurants and Bua Thai is up there with the best. My wife is also a big fan of pad thai and she feels the same. Even my brother, who isn't a huge Thai food fan, loved it. Very very good. We'll be back.

I ordered food last tonight 02/17/2025,the woman who served me have been there for longtime,she is rude,very disrespectful,unhappy and pushy.Something really wrong with her.she needs to be respectful and nice to customer.
Her attitude is unbeleivable.The food she see bed was salty and weird,really bad and extremely salty.i'll never again comeback there.No wonder why no staff.You should be a shame of yourself.You are a very unhappy,rude and miserable woman.I gave her tip,not because she did a great job,nope,I was just afraid of what she was gonna do to my food behind closed door .i wish I can get my atleast Tip back.All her food went to the dumpster.

I've lived in Maine 10 years. Since Thai is my favorite food, I get Thai from different restaurants at least once a week, but the flavors in this particular Thai food was very off. I spent $50 at Bua Thai and ate barely any of it. The Tom Gai soup was so salty that the rest of its flavors were canceled out and my friends thought the same thing so I hardly touched it, which is crazy because it'd my favorite soup! I ordered the Pad See Ew with seafood, and not only did I find a pile of broken crustacean shells in it, but the flavors and saltiness were very unimpressive. The Pad Thai was bland with not enough sauce, but at least the tofu on it was ok. I offered the food to other people in the house, and even they didn't like it, so I ended up throwing the whole $50 worth of food away. Also, the woman at the cash register seemed very cold and rude when i was buying this takeout, which makes me wonder if maybe the problem with their food is it isn't cooked with enough love? Food actually tastes better when good intentions are put into it, and Thai people are usually always so friendly and kind, so it was rather off-putting smiling and being friendly to this woman, when she couldn't so much as smile back. Maybe she was just having a bad night, but anyway, this was my experience and that's why 1 star is all I'm giving them.

Every item we purchased was great! I, personally, love the chicken wings! The veggie roll was fantastic and the fried rice was top notch! Gonna be hard to beat! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
