We meet a group of friends here for dinner. Greeted by a friendly staff. Drinks were good. We all tried different appetizers and entree, with no complaints.

The waitress was very good and attentive, however, the table was sticky and disgusting, the floor seemed like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while and the window sills were very dusty. I felt gross. My own fault for not saying anything. My meatballs tasted good but they were barely warm. The BEST part of Birdies were the salt and vinegar French fries and the waitress. I probably won’t return paying what we paid for ok food and a dirty place to eat.

We went to the bar on a Friday night and they had happy hour and lots of food options that were very good and reasonably priced. Awesome bartender & great atmosphere.

Waited 1/2 an hour for waitress to bring check and it included the drinks we ordered and never received- food was good

it was obvious that the owners were clearly in over their heads and hired the epitome of incompetence for their management staff. overpriced food, exuberant wait times, half of the menu unavailable, and shoddy service to say the least. if one were vacationing to Maine or even a local passing by it would be best to pass this polished excrement by.

We are locals and decided to have dinner at Birdies because we love to support local businesses. We walked in, the sign said seat yourself and we did. The bartender acknowledged us because he was not busy at all so we knew that they were aware we were there. It was not busy at all but after sitting and waiting for over 10 minutes and not one wait person acknowledged us, we got up and left. No one even noticed.

Because most places on the beach are closed, we drove to Birdies. Huge place, Shauna, the bartender was friendly. Good haddock fish sandwich, large portions.
