He was attentive and extremely courteous. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, nor did I save my receipt.
I was there on 1/13/26 @ 6:00 pm, if you want to give him kudos for his exceptional service.

I’m honestly impressed every time I come to this Dunkin’ on Ocean Park Road. The staff here are always ready with a smile, and they’re consistently polite, professional, and quick even during the busiest times. I stop in often, and they’ve never been anything but friendly and efficient.
I’ve seen some negative reviews online and genuinely don’t understand them. As someone who lives here, I can say every local I know who comes here regularly has nothing but good things to say. My guess is that a lot of the complaints come from out‑of‑state visitors during the summer rush, when Old Orchard Beach is extremely crowded and every business is under pressure.
From a local’s perspective, this Dunkin’ is great. The team works hard, treats people well, and keeps things moving. I've visited DDs all over the US and the employees at this location deserve more appreciation than they get. It's one of the better ones!

I like the one on Smith wheel Road/Ocean Park one in Biddeford drives me a little nutty. They definitely run it different.

Took them 20 minutes to make my hash browns and breakfast sandwich, took someone next to me 30 minutes to get their food. After about 16 minutes of waiting they then told me they didn’t have plain bagels for my sandwich and asked what else i’d want it on. Honestly ridiculous would’ve ordered something else. Staff were being very loud to one another and clearly not communicating well as orders began to stack up right next to counter not in reach of customers.

Ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese, got my bagel with a see through amount of cream cheese. I would say 17 out of 20 times I have ordered extra cream cheese they have failed to put extra on, despite it being on the order sheet on the bag and me paying for it. I thought when the euros were gone it would get better, I guess not. Time to drive an extra 5 mins to the other dunks.
Crabby woman at drive through taking orders was rude and impatient. I left.

Dunking Donuts is a hit or miss. This location is always a miss. We ordered here on a Monday at 10:30 AM using the app. We waited 40 minutes for 2 egg sandwiches while our hot drinks got cold on the counter and our cold drinks got warm. Meanwhile, everyone in line got their orders and left. Hit the Saco Dunkins instead of this one.
