I have been going to Lisa's Pizza since it was on St. John Street in Portland (long since closed location). The food is always incredible. Can never go wrong with the fries, add vinegar and salt. Yum! Highly recommend

This was such a bizarre experience. It was the only place in the whole town open. When we showed up there was one other group, then suddenly people from all walks of life flocked to it like moths to a dying flame. You had wealthy(ish) people desperate for food, then working class city Mainers smoking vapes, even the kids kicking the atm down the block came over to get a meal. The sidewalk got PACKED and LOUD it was one of the most surreal experiences I’ve had in Maine, and it all happened in under 10 minutes. My favorite part was a couple walked up and asked the cashier if any real restaurant was open in the town and the cashier didn’t know, he pointed them in the direction of a bar up the street but said for them not to get their hopes up. This was 7:30 at night. Props to the cashier for promising to stay open late (8 pm) if the couple came back cause the bar wasn’t open. Oh and the pizza itself is pretty bad— like lunchroom pizza— but it’s not terrible if you’ve been mildly sleep deprived and baking in the sun all day.

Ordered a pizza here for dinner one night. They don't have an extensive menu but the pizza did not disappoint. We got a jumbo pepperoni pizza (8 slices). It was perfectly cooked and they had it done in about 15 minutes. They also have just slices of pizza which we would have ordered if we realized how big the slices were!
