My fiancé and I planned a last minute trip to OOB Maine for our 13 year anniversary. We decided on Hooligans before we even arrived in ME. We found parking (a nightmare), went to the door at 8:40p, stood for a few minutes waiting to be seated. A blonde gentleman came out and said very loudly “that’s your last table, do not take any more orders.” Your site says hours are from 11am-Midnight… maybe change the hours? Regardless, how rude.

This place was….interesting.

Two of us had dinner around 5pm on a Saturday. The place was relatively empty and we were able to sit with a nice view of the beach.

The restaurant itself is in dire need of some upkeep. It’s pretty run down.

Our server was friendly however quite terrible with service. Getting a refill took forever, as did getting our check at the end of the night despite him staring at our dishes piled up at the end of the table.

Food itself was adequate, but nothing special. The steak tips (which were nearly $30) tasted good but they used canned mushrooms….for $30 youd expect fresh produce.

I would not go back.

If you decide to go there, bring your own glasses and ustensils. The beer were served directly from the can, no glasses. The food came with no ustensils! On the bill there is an item called "Oper chrg". No explanation, just pay the bill! The waiter leaves with the credit card and comes back to the table to make you sign the credit voucher. Who knows what the waiter did with the credit card. If I knew this, I would of paid cash, since this is very appropriate for someone to clone your credit card and use your signature later on.

This was not worth the $$. My daughter and I had scallops, steak, lobster roll and nachos. The top layer of nachos were good but it was plain chips no cheese etc on the rest, the scallops were way overcooked i think in a microwave as the edges were like rubber, the onion rings ere good the steak not done enough but tasty the waiter was indifferent. It was hot inside and crowded. The positive was you could see the ocean The bill was $111 so not worth it

Very uncooperative bartender will not change tv channel. Keeps telling us he is too busy. Clearly he is unwilling. Now he's filling fruit containers in front of me.

We came an hour ago, we were really excited to eat at this place as we saw the really good reviews on Google. As soon as we arrived, we were shocked with the attitude of our male waiter, he was extremely rude from the beginning. We wanted to order some drinks while we were choosing our food, he came with our drinks, I ordered a cocktail and honestly it was horrible, tasted only vodka he forgot at least 2 other ingredients, when he came back I politely asked about it and he told me with such an arrogance “you’re not a bartender :) “ I didn’t even touch my drink but I paid for it anyway. I tried to talk to him asking why he was so aggressive with us and he told us he didn’t want to talk with us. I honestly try to be as empathetic as I can but he just ruined our night with his behaviour, we left the restaurant.

Maybe the worst experience I had in a restaurant. I was in vacation and happy to see that place with great reviews but we were so disappointed.
The waiter was really awful, very unprofessional on the way he answered my questions and acting very mean.
