Way too difficult for claw machines targeted towards kids. Such a money trap. Kids were more frustrated than happy. Some claws don't even close, some claws don't even go down far enough to grab the items. They need to rethink what business they're in. Stealing money from parents, or providing fun for kids while making a profit??
Only 2-stars because of the huge selection of mini -machines. They really need to recalibrate their machines.

Total ripoff! Half the machines don't use the card system they have for paying (requiring cash instead) and half the claw machines don't actually clamp down after you've paid and aimed. No employee in site to help with the broken machines.

Nothing but games of chance. A casino for kids. No actual arcade games whatsoever, save for one VR machine, and that’s kinda crap.

What a facelift. Bright lights and shiny jewels. My kids are already asking to go back to the pier. They won so many cool prizes , big and small. Lost track of time with all the different machines and options to play. Thumbs up great job

This arcade is awesome. So family friendly we went as Mom, dad, teens, and a five-year-old. They even have mini cranes for toddlers🥰There was something for every one of us to do. A lot of new games especially the new King Kong game was great. I would highly recommend taking a trip up to the Old Orchard Pier

These fries were just ok, kinda of like frozen crinkle fries you would get in the freezer section of the grocery store. Nothing special or outstanding about them.

They are good fries, but no better than most. They desperately needed salt. I liked that they were crispy and you get a lot of fries for a good price.

Best fries anywhere. If you visit Old Orchard Beach, you have to get fries at Pier Fries. Get a “box” or you’ll be sad you didn’t.
