This was our first Maine lobster roll experience. It was under whelming. The lobster flavor was really lost under the mayonnaise. A broiled lobster tail with drawn butter is much tastier.

Paid $30+ for a lobster roll. Couldn't inish it because I didn't like the taste and the lobster pieces were tough. I even offered some to my dog (who normally gobbles up everything and he wouldn't eat it. I've eaten the same dish elsewhere and thoroughly enjoyed it but here I was very disappointed.

First time grabbing takeout. Surfing 6 Burger, Fries, Onion rings, salad & Lobster Stew were all hits! Fried haddock meh. It was thin and overcooked. Would definitely go again.

Beautiful place on the beach, seating outside available. Not very exclusive either, for quality food that really hits the vibe of the area. Delicious lobster ragoons, and I love their haddock. Overall a great place to bring some friends or family, super nice staff, and very quick service even though it was really busy when we went in. Definitely recommend!!

This place is fantastic. We’ve been coming here for the past 3 years and this place is always the first place we go to for dinner when we first arrive. We also make it a point to come back again before we leave. I have a feeling we’ll make it 3 times this year. The food has always been spectacular. The mussels are by far the best we’ve ever had. We catch ourselves talking about the mussels often throughout the year until our next annual trip to Maine. This year was extra special due to the server (Michelle) we had our first night here. We decided to stop in again for dinner and specifically asked for her to be our server again. She’s extremely nice and took great care of us again. If we make it back for a 3rd time, we hope it’s a night Michelle is working. For anyone looking for great food, great atmosphere with live music, and very friendly waitstaff, I highly recommend Surf 6!!

Great time at Surf 6! I got the New England Clam Chowder and the Steam Lobster Dinner. My younger sis got the scallops. My older sis got the Surf 6 Fries and my bf got a steak. The 4 of each had a boozy drink, and it was still a great total bill. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We asked some questions about off season.
Love the outside deck! Rum buckets are amazing! The steak and fried clams were great. Our server was good but seemed overworked, possibly a little understaffed for a Saturday night of a long wknd.

The mussels were out of this world! Service was attentive and welcoming, atmosphere was just right for this setting. Watching the ocean views from the windows after a long day on the beach was so relaxing. Can't wait to return.

ordered the whole clam belly basket today...was no bellies. actually looked lime mixture of calamari rings and very thin strips of clams..asked waitresses if I was given clam strips buy mistake she went to ask someone became back and said the calm bellies were just small...ummm... No!! there was none! anyways
.was charged for whole belly basket and that was that..will be trying other places next time

Honestly this is one of the best restaurants in Old Orchard Beach. The staff is super friendly, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is comfortable. The drinks are also amazing.
